Pretty rude and snobbish…which is comical considering the “jewelry“ that’s being sold at that store.. owner doesn’t greet customers & carries himself as he does not want to be there. Pro tip: Do yourself and everyone else a huge service & just Close your business.

This review only pertains to my experience with them regarding watches. If you need a watch battery replaced they seem to do a good job. They have replaced several batteries on a variety of watches for me. Their prices seem reasonable and they are pretty quick... drop it off and take a lap around the mall and they're usually finished.I did take a watch to have repaired and was not happy with their overall service. It took about three weeks which was a little longer than they estimated, but when I came to pick it up it had not been cleaned, the time/date was not set, and none of the other buttons worked. I feel they did the bare minimum to get the watch to keep time, but for the price I paid, I would have expected the watch to be in complete working order and at least have been cleaned/polished. I suppose it was my fault for not setting expectations more clearly or not better understanding what they were planning to do. Regardless, I was disappointed with the overall experience of the watch repair portion of their business.

I bought a “SILVER”grill for 300 and it tarnished soon as I brushed my teeth with them in!! For $300 dollars I should’ve been served the best quality of silver for my money!!! rip offffff

Super rude. Did not greet. When describing what we wanted to get done he just kept looking at another chain and said "I'd have to see what you want the engraving on" But we were holding the watch infront of him the whole time, he just wasn't even looking at us. Unprofessional and rude for no reason.

I give these Creeps No Stars if I could Because they're No Jewelry Repairist These Non Professional Folks said that it was impossible to put a band on my watch but Went downstairs to Mr. Khan @ Watch Center across from Zales and he put the watch band on in less than 20 minutes Warning!!! Stay Away from these foreign Clowns if you need your Watch Repaired go to Mr. Khan he's way more experienced and Reasonable . These Clowns only want you to buy Something from them They Shouldn't Judge A book by It's Cover

Not professional. No "hey how can I help you?" Or nothing. I was the only 1 in store and guy just sat there and stared while I was looking at jewelry. So decided take my money elsewhere

Went in to shorten a silver bracelet. They worked on it while we spent time in the mall. In about a half hour they had it done at a reasonable price. Other Jewelers at the mall were asking much more and would have to send it out to do the work: 3 week wait!!! Great experience with the associate there.

Asked for a chain to be fixed. Condescending man didn’t listen when I asked for the broken chain to be shortened when fixing. Instead cut me off when talking saying it would look the same. Received it back a ugly dark spot in the middle of the gold chain. Straight up lied when saying I never asked him to do that. Repairyour gold jewelry at a reputable store. Lazy thieves who didn’t even offer to make it right! Went back to the actual store I purchased from. 10 minutes later satisfied!
