Julie quickly generated the pre-approval letter, presented loan options and discussed pros/cons. Julie is always responsive, clear, accurate and professional. She has excellent knowledge of the various loan products and quickly quantified the options which helped me make an informed decision. Communications were quick and accurate. Julie goes above and beyond for her clients! I actually worked with her as a seller of a property (odd situation!) and she kept everyone informed of the progress and what needed to be done. This was a peculiar situation and Julie found a way to make it work. She did not give up! I would highly recommend her.

When I decided to purchase a home in South Carolina I was totally unprepared for the complications associated with applying for a mortgage. I was directed by my realtor to Julie Hoffman and even now I get a lump in my throat just thinking of the gratitude I feel for this dear lady. She helped, guided and encouraged me, step by step through the process. When I say she was always there to help me, that’s exactly what I mean. She was always there! Be it after hours, weekends, holidays, even while she was on a family vacation, Julie was there for me. (At the time I did not know she was on vacation). She never grumbled at my insecurities and doubts when I came close to giving up after trying to meet the underwriter’s demands. I’m not young, I don’t understand this difficult way of doing things and without Julie I would not be celebrating the completion of the sale. Julie Hoffman, thank you!
