Visited this location with intentions to purchase a sports coat. Needed assistance and was not even acknowledged to ask what I needed, help with sizes, etc. I guess they assumed that I wasn’t a real customer. I’m going to Men’s Warehouse done the street.

My brothers and I went in for a tux rental and suit purchases for my brother’s wedding. As soon as we walked in, Timothy greeted us and asked what we needed. He provided exceptional customer service and took his time with us to ensure we got the perfect style, fit, and look!

Had an absolute blast getting groomsmen suits! I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she gave excellent service. She took very good care of us and was very patient with the guys. They were jokesters and had no idea what they were doing and she helped me keep them focused! We got suits and floral dress shirts for our island wedding and she helped me decide what was best to go with. Couldn’t have done it without her!!! Just made our wedding planning that much easier! My fiancé gave her a hug when we left it was so sweet!

Employees were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They went out of their way to accommodate a fitting for a wedding during prom season when we didn’t realize we had to make an appointment.

Andrew was very kind and professional while fitting and ordering my suit. He even remembered my name when I came to pick it up for alterations. Whatever Jos A is paying him, it is not enough.

I came in with an hour to go from a wedding and all my clothes had been ruined before I had gotten there. Barry and Timothy took the time to get me set up with great clothes while I was in a panic. While putting on some clothes Barry took the time match a tie to my suit jacket and get me sorted. Really appreciated the small efforts that go a long way.

My husband and I were disappointed with the customer service we received at Jos A Banks. We came in for a tuxedo and made an appointment for a fitting. We arrived early and were told we needed to wait even though we were the only customers in the store. While that was a minor inconvenience, it definitely could be forgiven and forgotten had the rest of our experience gone swimmingly. My husband choose a Jos A Banks reserve line tuxedo, which is a great product. My husband needed to have some items tailored and we were given a date to pick them up. We were assured that the tuxedo would be pressed and ready to go. We called for two days and could not get anyone to answer the phone and no one returned our voice message. We arrived to pick up the tux and the stitching on the pants looked awful. They were able to fix it in store- sort of. While we are not completely satisfied with the tailoring of the pants, it was fine for the event we needed it for and I will take it to someone else to fix them later. The icing on our sub-par experience was the shirt needed to be pressed. It had clearly not been pressed yet. The sales associate took it to the back the press it and came back and told us that was the best she could do and that we should take it to a dry cleaners to get all of the wrinkles out. So… for his brand new tux, we now need to scurry to find a dry cleaners to have the shirt pressed. That is simply not acceptable and a very poor representation of what quality customer service should look like. We have two 17 year old boys that we wanted to have fitted for suits to take to college. We will be looking elsewhere where customer service is still a priority.

Beyond disappointed at the experience I had today at the store. We have been long time customers, and I took my grandfather there to be fitted for some new dress shirts and pants. The associate acted so bothered that he had to measure him, and really made us feel not valued. Specifically when he was halfway through measuring, looked at a well dressed customer and asked if he needed help. Then, stopped measuring my grandfather and started helping the other customer! We felt invisible. We just left. In JAB’s defense, I’ve never seen this employee before, so maybe they are unaware of his poor attitude.
