Ordered the GE All in one washer/dryer combo from Cole. Offered a fast delivery but needed to wait an extra week. Delivery guys Justin and Micheal were spot on with the morning call and estimated arrival time. Kept us informed throughout the day. Arrived and like a well oiled machine got to work. Flawless installation and verified everything was in working order before leaving. Highly recommend this store and their delivery team as they are Above reproach!

Wish the salesperson was not too busy to return our call. Appliances were delivered and the refrigerator was filthy inside. Obviously no one checked out the cleanliness. Paid $$$ for extended warranty and apparently Jeff Lynch does not service but uses a repair service. I’ll be waiting 2 weeks to have repair completed on leaking water dispenser dripping onto my wood floor.

Cory and Rusty very professionally brought us living room furniture from our all-time favorite store:Jeff Lynch. Over the past 18 years we have bought at least that many items with satisfaction. We don't even shop anywhere else for price or for quality. We heartily recommend them for your furniture and appliance needs.

Michael Foxworth and Justin Shealy delivered and installed our new washer and dryer. They were courteous and communicated with us before the delievery.They had a challenge manuvering through tight corners but were patient and spent about an hour getting the units into place and hooked up. They hauled off the old units.Jeff Lynch has and always will be our "go-to store" for appliances.

Delivery / drivers Craig Kilgore and Sutton Mullins showed up with a heavy piece of furniture and put it together perfectly and were very kind and Knowkedgeable and thorough with delivering into my home.

We purchased our new appliances at Jeff Lynch and could not be happier! Our salesman Keith F was very informative and professional. Our install team were absolutely fantastic, they completely removed our old refrigerator, oven and warming drawer.They then installed our new Sub-Zero Refer, Wolf double oven and Wolf warming drawer, without any damage to our hardwood flooring, doorways or cabinets. This is REALLY unusual and remarkable based on other installs we have had.My hats off to Keith F, Tyler, Tim and Tim these gentlemen were absolutely outstanding! We will be Jeff Lynch customers for life.Dennis O

Jeff Lynch sold us a brand new washer and dryer - that both came broken. What's worse, is that the installation caused damage to the laundry room door, and the broken washer machine caused damage to our hardwood floors.Jeff Lynch will not take the machines back - they default to the manufacture (in this case Whirlpool). Whirlpool has now been to our house six times to replace parts and cannot fix the machines. Repair people want to come back again - but it is very hard to justify and find the time for this.The machines are less than 3 months old - we would like to return them to Jeff Lynch and buy different/upgraded machines that we will hopefully have better luck with. The most recent advice we got was to place the machines on facebook marketplace and to try again with new machines - which would come at a loss of at least $1,500 for us.Even though I've purchased here for years, I highly recommend buying from some place else. Find a place that guarantees the appliances they sell you and will return them if they come broken.

Purchased the LG wash tower from Joe J after telling him we had purchased all of our appliances from them 17 years ago! We had a disappointing purchase a week before that could not install our unit in a closet! So I remembered Jeff Lynch, and we have never had a problem with any of our house full of appliances! No problem for them at all! Jeremy and Wes hooked up everything perfectly! Many thanks to Joe, Jeremy and Wes !

We bought a washing machine from Jeff Lynch. The salespersons were knowledgeable and courteous, the delivery persons were very polite and went above and beyond to get our washer installed. They moved the dryer, at our request,. They changed the dryer door to open from the right side so it would be more convenient. They hooked up all hoses to the washer and ran a cycle to make sure all was good. They were knowledgeable, polite, and on time!

Bridget Baker was amazing to work with - She went over and above to help me find the perfect loveseat for my needs. And the delivery men - Britt Pfeifer and Charles Ardneck-Meereen fantastic. Took extra care delivering and setting up our new Flex steel loveseat with console. I am extremely please with Jeff Lynch- my 1st choice for all my furniture and appliance needs.
