Service. I’m writing this review in response to the installation of the tires on my car which you recently did a mount and balance for four new tires on Tuesday, May 27, 2024. The lug nuts were so tight I had to use a breaker bar to remove them, which twisted the studs inside the hub damaging my vehicle. JC Auto Service used an air powered driver to tighten all 20 lug nuts. Using an air driver to tighten bolts is unacceptable because every vehicle has torque specifications for that vehicle. The torque specification for my vehicle is 76 foot pounds. Also, JC Auto Service did not use copper anti-seize to prevent rust between the wheel and wheel hub. Because JC Auto Service damaged my wheel lug bolts by over tightening I will not be returning to this business. I will recommend people avoid this for risk of damaging their vehicle. I asked for a refund and did not receive any response nor my money back. This business isn’t willing to make good on their own work when they damage something in your vehicle. Please avoid for your sake!
