The staff at J Jill go over and beyond to make your shopping experience great!! The quality of their clothing is top notch and the store is very organized and clean. I have been to other boutique stores and J Jill by far has been the best overall!! I love how they have petite sizes as I am 5'1 and have a hard time finding clothes that fit.

Our family have always been good customers of J Jill and never have had problems. However, the staff is extremely rude!! As I am sitting in the store, not only is the staff rude but an associate had a conversation at the desk about not caring about making people mad! And another associate asked for a break saying they didn’t feel well. Manager said no break to her on the sales floor. This is definitely not a positive place for shopping or working! I would say it was just an off day but apparently not according to other reviews! Team, you can do much better!

I stopped in today. The staff is extremely rude, and the largest size they carry is a 2X. They advertise that they carry Petite through 4X. I checked every item in the store, 2X is the largest size in store. Additionally, nobody offered to help me. I would never go back!!

Every time I go into this store I feel unwelcome. I am never spoken to or even acknowledged. Plenty of other places to shop. Stay out of this store!

My favorite "go to" shop for casual to dressy casual. Always welcoming, beautifully displayed color palette arranged styling, that all coordinates season to season without being redundant.
