First time visit, I went in a panic; my MacBook Pro had a failing key on the keyboard and it was driving me crazy. They were very quick, and nice, and said they'd take a look at it. Sure enough, the "C" key was not functioning correctly - the person I was speaking with said he'd get a quick opinion from a colleague, who I could see working in the back - he stopped what he was doing, used a tool to take the key off, then a vacuum to clean, then popped the key back on and handed the computer back to me. It was PERFECT!! I asked how much, I'd gladly pay for having my daily computer working smoothly, and they said: "no charge, it was just something stuck under the key." In 2024, it is SO NICE to see this type of service!! THANK YOU!!

I couldn’t be more please with the recent repair service I received from iRevive. I have an old iPod that needed repair. I called a couple of places close to my home in Asheville area and was told no. Found Esteban and his coworkers. Everyone was helpful & friendly. My iPod is working great. I will recommend this company to friends. If & when I need additional service iRevive will be my first call. A big Thank You to all.

We had an iPhone camera lens replaced and a screen protector applied the first time we were in. I've already gone back to have a screen protector installed on a different phone. Esteban is super helpful, fast and friendly and services are reasonably priced. Highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back for all of our repair needs.

We have an older 27’’ iMac and 17’’ MacBook. I watched your videos on YouTube and decided to upgrade my MacBook and also change the battery and clean it. Worked so well that I decided to clean my iMac. Well I broke a small clip that had to be welded. Looked around locally and couldn’t find any one I had confidence in. So made the 4 hour drive to Greenville, SC and couldn’t be happier. Esteban did a wonderful job with my iMac and I decided to change the hard drive on my MacBook too. Excellent work and customer service. I would tell anyone who needs computer work to make the drive. IRevive is the best. Well worth the drive to Greenville.

Esteban & Sophia provided awesome service and recommendations. After checking my computer, they were able to determine that I could get away without any further repairs much to their credit! I have no doubt that their repairs are excellent, and would highly recommend them!

No appointment needed, great service, got a new screen and new battery installed in just 30 minutes, and at 1/2 the price of the Apple store! What more could you ask for?I wish I knew about the iRevive repair shop earlier! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!!

Wow….. I lost 3 1/2 years of notes that I’ve been accumulating on my IPhone that means something to only me. A few weeks ago I went to open it and the ENTIRE content was gone! Yes, my husband who is fairly computer savvy worked over an hour to locate the folder!iRevive to the rescue. Sophia was so patient and persistent. Apparently this doesn’t happen often and she had to search and search more to dig and find a solution! There are files that are purposely hidden to protect our information but she didn’t give up! I did have a Time Machine backup which turned out to be a blessing! And Sophia found the folder! ?I am forever grateful for iRevive and Sophia and would definitely recommend their expertise and kind staff!
