“I've only been to a couple branches just to make a deposit. The Greenville branch is friendly. Clientele of all walks of life and all ages.When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was helping a lady set up a CD from her laptop. It's a pretty common opinion that the Schwab website and it's mobile apps aren't modernized as Wealthfront and likeness thereof . I thought it was cool that she was getting helped instead of waiting to enter an office with someone.Also making a deposit was done at the front desk, instead of going into an office like I did at a different branch. Very easy and seamless.It seems too easy to write a bad review of a financial institution today. Money and/or investing can really cause a lot of anxiety. Schwab customer service on the phone, in-branch, and live chat are all top notch in my opinion. More consistent than any other service or app I use!”

“It's a functional, normal ATM. The only thing that kind of sucks is this is the only PNC ATM (and bank) in the whole area. Wish there was another one so I didn't have to go downtown to get money or do banking business. UPDATE: I remembered there is another one, but I haven't used it...yet”

“6 months ago I left a one star review. I took down that review to leave a 5 star for customer service that was above and beyond thanks to Jessica Forsythe.I am not sure how long Jessica has been working at this branch but the majority of the employees can certainly learn from her personable approach with customers. She was tending to several different items at the time that I was walked over to her office and did not react begrudgingly to be interrupted and assist me with documentation I have been chasing for a little over a year from PNC.She was patient, kind, helpful, and hysterical with me and my husband as customers and with any staff person she communicated with directly on the phone. It completely turned around the situation by the end of my visit and my frustration with PNCs service regarding the document.Give her a raise and a promotion. She’s now got a fan following.”

“I've never banked at Wells Fargo, but instead went to look at the Greenville landmark building itself. The 1914 structure is still a perfect fit a block behind Main Street. Wells Fargo you've done a great job with the upkeep of this historic building.”

“I preferred the old scottrade platform , it’s taken a year to get used to TD. I also miss the old staff, but the new guys are fine and TD is fine, just a little different and took time to adjust to the changes.”
