Extremely incompetent group of individuals working here. My daughter's infusion meds and supplies are inaccurately packed for pickup nearly every single month. We had to move to pickup instead of delivery after her $5,000 meds were left in the hot sun on my front porch. If I don't call every single month to make sure her meds are there, they don't get ordered.

The nurses are kind, quick and efficient. So much better than going to the hospital.

Chad came to our house for IV and injections of regen-cov. He was extremely professional, kind, patient and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend him!
