The last time I was there, the cashier left the register with the light still on. I had no choice but self checkout. The machine kept telling me to put merchandise in the bagging area, which I had already done.
I raised my voice, said "hello!!!" Repeatedly. Noone was there to help. The cashier from register 15 was talking to the cash office person, but would not come to her register, or help at the self serve. Since I personally do not steal, my only option was to leave. I feel that management does not care about where their salary comes from.

Little more expensive than Walmart or Food Lion etc, cheaper than Harris Teeter or Publix. Always good quality & variety of foods. Especially the Easley, SC location - perfection!

Went to the deli and got a sub and the bread seemed pretty old and then while eating I found a long red hair in it. Absolutely unacceptable!

The store was neat, employee polite, and full of products. There was a diner conected to and hot food service in the store. Check out was quick and restroom was clean with more than 1 stall.

Savanna from the bakery department helped me with my cake order. I have to say that it was a fantastic experience. She took my order, followed-up and confirmed my order, and had it ready on time. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I can't remember the last time I received such great customer service.

Publix deli gave me the information I needed to make a decision about what to serve for a birthday party. Their customer service was more than happy to me ideas and prices. A satisfied customer.

I’ve been Buying birthday cakes at Ingles for many years some cakes I’ll order from ingles book and sometimes asked them to do a FreeHand design on the cake or cupcakes this January 2024 I ordered a gummy bear cake for the youngest child I have custody of .beautiful cake his birthday party was on the 21st the other child I have custody of he ordered a cake from the book His birthday party is on the 28th and I have many birthdays party through the years i’ve been ordering cakes and never had a problem but now there’s a problem I can’t get the cakes made unless it comes from the book Last year I got a grinch birthday cake a fox birthday cake The cakes are beautiful but I do order from Ingles book or I’ll ask if I can make it some other cake design after I pick up my cake on the 28th I will not be ordering any more cakes I thought Ingles would make any kind of birthday cake design for you wanted I guess apparently not so since I can’t get what I will be taking my business somewhere else i’ve spend well over $100 for each birthday party because I’buy candles, ice cream, Chips, and drinks and like I said I have several parties per year . And I grocery shop there but I won’t be don’t going to Ingles anymore
