I am so incredibly disappointed. I called my primary care doctor, thinking I had a UTI. Based on my systems, they wanted me to get checked out by an Urgent Care. So, I called ahead at 8:45 and they said they were open and still taking patients. I got there as fast as I could with construction traffic on I85, at 8:58, and all of the lights were off, the door was locked, and I could see the two medical professionals sitting in the vehicles in the parking lot…one in a truck and one in an SUV, just looking at me. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I called ahead and asked!…and I am a teacher, so it is very hard to get Dr’s appointments during the day without missing an entire day of school. Why did they say yes they were taking people and why say they are open until 9:00 if they aren’t going to actually BE open?! These facilities are supposed to be helpful for people like me in my profession. What a disappointment.

Hands down the best urgent care I've ever been to. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and knowledgable, the facility was clean with nice equipment, and no wait at all. They were on top of their game! I had to have an x-ray while there, and the xray tech was amazing and so compassionate. Top notch care here if you're in need of any care for a quick in-and-out visit.

This is the best urgent care experience I’ve had since I moved to Greenville 7 years ago. They were efficient and communicated clearly. The staff was friendly and kind. The doctor was great; he’s the type that makes you feel like your health and comfort is his priority. Very impressed.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve always received phenomenal care here. This place truly blows all other urgent cares out of the water.

I recently visited the Immediate Care Center on Pelham Road in Greenville, SC, and I have to say, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the wait time was minimal. I was in and out in no time, and I felt much better after getting treated. The doctor who saw me was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed me with a sinus infection and prescribed me some antibiotics. He also gave me some advice on how to prevent it from happening again. He said, "You know what they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. But if you're allergic to apples, then you might want to stay away from them too." He chuckled and winked at me. I appreciated his sense of humor. The nurse who took my vitals was also very nice and caring. She asked me how I was feeling and if I had any questions. She said, "Don't worry, you'll be fine. You're in good hands here. We have the best equipment and the best staff. We're not like those other clinics that are always cutting corners. You know what they call a fish that wears a bowtie? Sofishticated." She smiled and laughed. I thought that was a clever joke. The receptionist who checked me in and out was also very courteous and helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile and asked me for my insurance information. She said, "We accept most major insurance plans, but we also have affordable rates for self-pay patients. We don't want anyone to miss out on quality health care. We're here to serve you, not to make a profit. You know what they call a doctor who works for free? A non-prophet." She giggled and handed me my receipt. I was impressed by her generosity.Overall, I had a wonderful time at the Immediate Care Center on Pelham Road. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs urgent medical attention. They have the best service, the best staff, and the best jokes. They made me feel like part of the family. They're not just a clinic, they're a clinic with a heart.

Couldn't be happier. Didn't feel well and needed an immediate care spot, but being the holidays was concerned with closures and long waits. I couldn't get an appointment at two other caregivers and drove past another that was closed...kept driving and came across this place. As i arrived there was a pretty full waiting area but i needed a diagnosis. Carrie at the front desk was awesome and so friendly and helpful getting me checked in and checking in with every patient and walking them back when it was their turn. Service was really fast, surprisingly fast, very efficient. Emily my nurse was great and enjoyable to talk with as we went through vitals. Dr. Lee was awesome, inquisitive and informative. And Jennifer that ran tests was fun and really quick and gently taking swabs, which are never fun but wasn't bad at all. Overall it was really quick, painless and left knowing my illness and already had prescriptions called in. Great place, great service.

On Wednesday, I went to this center with severe symptoms of sore throat, body pain, etc., which had started the day before, so that Dr. Davis could help me by giving me antibiotics and other medicines to prevent the spread of the disease and prevent it from getting worse. Especially since my workplace needed me badly and I had to work. Unfortunately, Dr. Davis was upset because I didn't let the nurse to examine me and wait for him. Dr Davis did not prescribe the right medicine for me, causing me to get worse and not go to work for two days. On Thursday when I talked to the nurse and asked her to tell doctor that I have gotten worse and I need medicine. They didn't call me back until I called them again . I called and left a message on Friday morning and unfortunately no one called me back and my condition was worse than 3 days ago. On Saturday morning, I woke up at 4 a.m. with severe nasal congestion and mucus. by taking Albuterol HFA Inhaler that I had at home , the intensity of my cough decreased and phlegm came out of my throat, which made me feel better. Saturday morning by the text messages from CVS ,I found out Dr. Davis sent me azithromycin, but no one called me to say that they sent me medicine. Despite all the short work done by the doctor and nurses of this center , my condition worsened, I lost two days of work and damaged a place of work that cannot be compensated. Because of this neglect, I have been sick and without energy for almost a week. At first, I told Dr. Davis that I know my own body that needs antibiotics, I wanted to see you, not your nurse. Unfortunately he took it personal and get upset because O did not nurse vist me so Dr .Davis not only did they not believe my words, but they ignored my messages for two days, and a week before Christmas , I have been sick and sad because of how they treated me. All this unkindness and inattention from a medical staff is not acceptable.I cannot trust in them any more.

My husband brought me here Monday evening for a sore throat, fever, and congestion. The doctor came in and told me I had tonsillitis without testing for flu, strep, or Covid. He gave me an antibiotic and assured me it would have no affect on my heart. 24 hours later I was in the ER with awful chest and back pains. The ER told me to stop taking the antibiotic and that I had Covid, not tonsillitis. The ER also told me there was a chance of an interaction between the antibiotic he gave me and my other prescription I take. Now I’ve gone 6 days without my other daily prescription because I was given a medicine I didn’t need and told it was safe. I never should have come here.

Stepped on a rusty nail and hadn't had a tetanus shot in decades. I was seen and helped in minutes. Staff was delightful and personable. Wouldn't hesitate to return for any medical needs.

I usually hate going to see the doctor, but this was a very pleasant experience. The staff at the front desk where you check in were very sweet and quick. It was my first time visiting this location so I needed to complete some paperwork, but it only took a few minutes.I was seen immediately after finishing my paperwork. I am used to having to wait for awhile before being seen so this was a very nice change of pace.I was first seen by Nurse Harper, I believe, and she was amazing. She got me laughing immediately despite me being ill. She was so personable and efficient while getting my information and symptoms logged. She was the highlight of my visit!I was then seen by the lab technician who swabbed my nose and throat. She made a very uncomfortable process as pleasant as possible.I was lastly seen by Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Inman, who got right to assessing my symptoms. She was knowledgable, swift, and funny.I was in and out of this care center from start to finish within 30 minutes. By far the fastest I have ever been seen. I will definitely be coming back here as this was an experience I was very grateful for!Thank you!

I gave this location 2 stars because the receptionist and the take in nurse where both amazing and really accommodating. I came in because my wife's finger was cut pretty bad while she was cooking. Everything was goong great, until Dr. M Adams entered our room. She didnt even look at my wife's finger that well, she gave it a glance and said, "oh you dont need stitches, ill just glue it." At that point, i asked the Dr, if there was a way we could maybe stitch it because the cut was pretty deep and we both work with liquids. I was concerned it wouldnt hold because of this. She answered back in the rudest, and i mean rude, possible tone saying, " Are you the manager where she works, maybe you need to speak to the manager about health code violations, because the finger should be covered." I tried to explain that i understood that, and i was simply concerned with the healing process for my wife. She cut me off mid sentence and began this entire speech about helath code and food serving. I was baffled that someone at her professional level was being so disgusting to someone asking a question. She then proceeded to glue my wifes finger. She never put a single glove on which was concerning, since the take in nurse said she was working on another laceration prior to tending to my wife. She didnt even wash her hands prior to starting to fix the finger. She placed dermabond on her finger, no gloves, and placed glue all over her finger in a very carless way. When i told her she had offended me the way she spoke, she was again condescending. At that point my wife began to cry, because she was upset. The Doctor left the room and had a nurse finish.I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!Doctor Adams is a disgusting and rude old woman, who probably needs to find another field in her line of work. Shell be lucky to not hear from our attorneys for not using gloves and exposing my wife to whatever she might have been contaminated with.

When AFC left me hanging, I came here instead! This is probably one of the nicest and cleanest urgent care facilities I have ever visited, and it's staffed by an extremely kind group of medical professionals who legitimately care about what they do! All in all, I was able to be seen by Dr. Leep and diagnosed in about 30 minutes, which is pretty amazing given that I came in at around 5 PM. Good job Spartanburg Regional! :)
