We arrived for check in at 4pm and was told she needed 10 more minutes before the room would be ready. After waiting 15 minutes we checked again on the readiness of the room and were told that they are still being worked on. We stayed near the desk expecting that we would not need to wait much longer. We were finally given a room just before 5:30pm, 1.5 hours after our arrival. There seemed to be a problem with the housekeeping (maybe someone called out sick) but to lie to people who are in our 70s and have traveled all day is simply poor customer service.

I stayed at your hotel from 10/11 and checked out on Monday, 10/14. I was in room 504. During that time, beds were never made, garbage not collected, dirty towels never removed. We collected our own dirty towels and went downstairs to get clean once’s. Garbage cans outside of elevators were overflowing. Hotel lost its liquor license so no beverages served at the bar. No soap in the room. A really poor performance- however- nice breakfast!

My family came here after the hurricane and the incredible service here was evident at the desk. They had just gotten power back and had a line out the door. The front desk crew handled it well and professionally despite rude behavior from some potential guests included a woman claiming to be a DHEC employee.
Nikki behind the desk even recognized a man who was waiting in the lobby and not the line and made a point to go check on him. Turned out the man was deaf and she expertly helped him ensure he was able to check in despite all the madness. The whole week we were there the staff was very accommodating and helpful making it a home away from home in a time of need. Shout out to the manager Brett for the assistance in the room as well during the hotels frantic start up after getting power back.
20/10 recommend this place. Great people.

Big shout out to the staff house keeping has been absolutely amazing. Very clean, nice and trustworthy. Went way beyond other places I have stayed. Laundry was excellent as well. From the big fluffy towels to the comfy bed sets. The ladies and gents in the hot kitchen killing it for breakfast and so on. Everyone was a big help especially while we all are going without power in our area because of Helene. Thank you all so much for showing up and showing out. If it wasn’t for you all I would’ve been sleeping in my car for days. Big shoutout to Brett for having the best welcoming approach and had one last double bed for my parents and family. You guys rocked it!
Rooms: The room was super clean, Smells clean, and very cozy. I was impressed on how clean the linen was and how fresh and soft. They absolutely have the biggest TV for a hotel room. I have stayed in many and this is by far the best.

I can’t say enough good about this hotel and staff. Brett Sanders really above and beyond for my family of 5 during this difficult time. After 3 days of no power and searching endless for a hotel here in Greenville Brett stepped in and helped. I am forever thankful to him and his hotel staff here. Thank you again so much Brett you are the best!

Thank you Brett!! Amazing all he’s done for us during this time when we really just wanted a hot shower and everywhere was sold out I’m so thankful and beautiful rooms very clean thank you !

Unequivocally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Completely incompetent staff. We booked a double bed room with a pull out, paid for it a month prior. We show up only to find out they overbooked it, waited in the lobby until 3:30 AM to be put in a room with one king bed and a small standard couch for 5 people. No solutions, completely unhelpful when this entire situation was caused by their stupidity and greed. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Legit worst customer experience I've ever had a hotel. We waited two hours for a room. The room ended up being not the same size we paid in advanced for.

It's literally the worst hotel experience in 40 years of traveling. I would rather sleep in my car. Avoid at all cost.

This is a lovely and affordable stay in Greenville. Good breakfast, the beds are comfortable as can be for a hotel. The young ladies behind the desk took care of any issues I had along the way and were beyond helpful. I have stayed in quite a few area hotels and this is one of the best, and valuable!

I have stayed in many of the hotels near Haywood mall and definitely this is the best value
