Went to H&R office at 215 Pelham Rd. They found an error which I was not aware of, they went out of their way to help me fix it and I still got money back on my return. Will be going there again.Thank you.

Horrible experience. After being a customer of H&R Block for 8 years I will not be using them again. We filed on person and were not told the cost of the appt would be 500 dollars until the paperwork was completed. Our family is low income and could not afford this. I reached out to the regional manager and they said the only thing they could do was 25 dollars off next year which won’t help our family at all. The district manager wouldn’t even speak to me because he said the cost of forms was stated online which were fairly impossible to find. When you sign up for the appt the only thing it is says is cost as low as 85 dollars. I would have gone elsewhere as I know places who would only have charged us 150-200 for the same work. I left a complaint with corporate and are hoping someone can help us. But don’t use this company for fair pricing, they will charge a lot and not inform you of that until the end of your appt.
