Arrived @ 1:00 p.m. for a 3:00 p.m. appt. It is 10:30 p.m. and the trailer is still sitting in the same exact spot I left it.WHY?!?!Seriously House of Raeford, what is the point of even having an appointment. My delivery is 6 a.m., which is 7.5 hours away...so that ain't happening.Anyway...really...please answer the question. Why? Why do you hate us drivers so.The people seem nice, but they are not the least bit concerned about delivering their product on time.I know a lot of facilities have this problem, but I've nearly done a complete 10 hour reset and they haven't even started loading?...and your bathroom. Fix the freaking lighting. It's like a cross between Motel 6 and Saw III...it definitely has a murdery kind of vibe and someone should take the trash out...or maybe they are too busy not loading trailers.Anyway...Good luck everyone.Gate guards were super nice though. So they got that going for them.

Drivers, if you don't want to take a break from15-16 hours, don't come here for a load, I checked in at 8 am and checked out at 11:30 pm, I would never come here again

They so unprofessional supervisor messy and you can't miss no days within the first 90 days which is crazy if you have stuff going on please do not work here. I will never ever in my life work here again it's a NO for me. Also they talk about you if you miss one day ?

A lot of space to maneuver, very well coordinated, they tell you to drop the trailer and wait bobtail until they finish loading. The yard dawg will do everything for you! All good in the ? bowl

You have to drop trailer and then wait 9-10 hours for it to get loaded. Then you gotta wait 2+ hours for paperwork. Avoid this place.

They take more then 24 hours no office for check in and out and security and nobody know how long they will take for loading don’t come here horrible place ??

better than usual experience for a fresh load it took them about 4-5 hrs to load not bad. 95 percent of the fresh loads take 8 hours at best

The people here are awesome and they are very trucker friendly. I read one post stating that it was a horrific smell here but it isn't that bad especially for a chicken plant in summer. Keep up the good work guys.

If you're a truck driver, just cancel. Call out. They will waste your whole day and pay. These peon Pongo Pygmaeus nobodies don't care about their job and will not load you up until 18,489,493 hours later. Enjoy waiting until your grave for them to get anything done here.

Love the value of the chicken but the traffic is unreasonable. I had a pick up time, I drove for an hour to make my appointment and was left sitting in a line. Appointment times needed o be limited or pick up times need a greater variety or alternative pick up spots need to be established outside of Greenville. These lines make me hesitant to purchase another product.
