Normally I would give this hotel a good review but as of today I can not. They charge an fee for damages right.... so my family and I stayed last night and everything was fine. Apparently our 2 year old got some noodle juice on a lamp shade and the sheets which I did not notice. They said that the fee they charge is not used to cover damages only for food that you get from the hotel which is a lie. The Manger an old short white man claimed I had an attitude and he was going to report the fact that I had an attitude with him to my husband's Manger as he works for hilton. Really stupid of him to say, then he tried to call the police on us I guess cause we Black. I'm trying to see how anything that can be washed out of a sheet and cleaned off of a lamp shade is considered damage. Then they charged our card for a new reservation without notice and then turned around and canceled it. The housekeeper inspector some short fat black lady acts likes she's a puppet, she's the one who reported it and when we tried to talk to her she had nothing to say. I would like to talk to someone about how this situation was handle. I will not stay here again. Have never been treated like this before and that's crazy cause normally i try to hold my cool but today I almost snapped.

Rooms are good size but the layout is strange. The TV faces in a adjustable angle but it's hard to see from the couch, but the couch isn't the most comfortable anyway. The beds are soft and inviting though! And so far the staff has been kind and helpful.Rooms: Good size rooms but Stanger layout. Confy beds and pillows. The lighting is good and nice hige walk-in shower.Safety: The area is nice and the front desk did ask for my ID one evening when I forgot my key which was comforting!

Great location, nearby to Whole Foods and GSP airport! Really great service with 2 waffle makers at breakfast with 2 different options for batter (banana bread flavor and regular). So nice that they provided us with 2 bottles of water in our room to help us through a warm day! We were much more excited about our stay here than the one at Tunnel Rd in Asheville.Actually... They were renovating the roof while we stayed and we didn't even notice until we went outside. Very respectful of guests quiet hours!

Ken at the front desk was fantastic. The room was excellent. The breakfast was hot and yummy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Would not recommend! Stayed while on a business trip. The sheets were dirty, took 3 days to get someone to clean the room. There was a large cockroach in the kitchen. The billing sheet they printed at the end didn’t match the charges on the card. The front desk didn’t seem to know what was going on and there was a lack of communication. It was poorly ran and lacked the normal conveniences of a hotel like fresh towels and emptied trash cans. Stay down the road. I had a much better stay at the Drury just a couple buildings down.

The front desk staff Sparkle and the GM is amazing and very sweet. I definitely feel at home being here! The place is beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. I definitely recommend this hotel.

People in the front desk and the breakfast people have done nothing but made my two coworkers feel uncomfortable at all times they were around lobby or getting breakfast weather it is because we look young or are Hispanic wtvr the reason was , never welcoming from the beginning, asked multiple times if we even have a room in the hotel as if we haven't been there already 3 weeks ,

I really like the hotel and the room, but some of the workers that really stare at you if you’re hispanic, and they would treat you and talk to you different, one of the managers on service questioned me like if i was a homeless person, but aside from that its a really good hotel and theres a couple of really nice

Three stars means "ok" and 4 stars means "good." This place feels more like an ok+ or 3.5 stars. The room is super spacious and the bedroom is separated from the living room and kitchen area. There is no oven but you do get a hot plate on the counter and a microwave. I wish it would have an oven so I could bake a pizza but that doesn't make or break anything. The bathroom is clean which means they've done their job but didn't wow me.The only issue I have is the breakfast. Homewood Suites, to me, carries a higher-end mindset in my world. I'd expected a better breakfast offering than the Hampton I stayed at the prior night. The breakfast was the same as the Hampton but even less offerings. Maybe this place feels like it can skate by on a skimpy breakfast because of the kitchenette each rooms offers. I dunno.I'd stay here again based on the location and size of room. However, I really wish this place would have wow'd me or blew me away. I no longer have higher expectations for Homewood Suites moving forward.

Where do I begin I was there for work and on the back of door it states a 12pm check out well at 11am on the dot the ignorant house keepers bangs on the door so loudly the cup on the table fell she opens the door while my husband and I are naked and stands there. I call downstairs to the front desk lady who needs to be removed from customer service I explain what happened and she tells me she has no rooms available to extended me a 12pm check out I say well you have rooms available and I’m hung up on guess who then bangs on the door again the maid! Manager comes to confirm I was lied to and I can stay til 12 yea no thanks! I been walked in twice on naked. I was told my points will be returned which was another lie I’ve had to call corporate. If you’re looking to stay in a good area with ignorant employees who lack training this is the place
