Home Depot Rental Stump grinders are garbage, teeth are dull I asked to change them before we left I was told they couldn’t. So basically take it or leave it. Needless to say I took it now I’m not grinding stumps but basically sanding the stump. 8” dogwood stump = 3 hours labor.

I am in Home Depot just about everyday due to my line of work. Almost every time I come to this Home Depot they have lanes blocked off and I can't get to the items I need. I lose money by standing around waiting on the fork lift drivers. I have no issues like this in any of the other Home Depot's. This store has a serious lack of organization.

I hate self-checkout and this place encourages" it. They do offer a military discount. Lots of items are "out of stock " and we had to head over to their competition. Nice parking lot convenient off Woodruff Road.

I have a dryer under warranty from Home Depot that is on the fritz. Followed the proper protocol to have a warranty repair. Home Depot sent Mr. Rogers Appliance Repair....and....Wow! It's enough to make me not shop at Home Depot again.

Went there just yesterday 22nd October in the evening . The staff were totally useless. Deadeyed, tired looking and morose. None of them bothered to even say hello. All they did were give you stares like they were being caught in the act of siphoning off goods from the store. The shop is stocked very poorly as well, with pricing that is remarkably inaccurate in the refrigerator section. Go Lowes if you seriously need to spend more than 10 dollars.

Well first of all. I've been here so often. That I think sometimes the staff believes I work there. All I need is an orange apron. This place is great. It lacks some stuff. But I'm not in Los Angeles. Where they have some open 24 hours. But it's open til 11 pm. And that's good enough. For the most part you can find almost anything you need. Lumber of course. Plumbing of course. Electrical well Yess. Doors , windows, Paint definitely. If you are looking for most types of hardware. Still yes. They even carry hardware fore mechanical equipment. You just need to know how to ask. And easier if you bring the part. The flowers and gardening area is inside and out. Just depends what time of year it is. Having my construction back ground. I have had the opportunity to ask for something they didn't carry. But it's very rare. It's like going out and stumping the Piano man. Hard to do. This place has a great staff. Always being helpful and very courteous. Doing returns and exchanges here is simple. Especially if you have your receipt. But if you don't they work with you still. They have an app and you can join their business club. Professional club. It adds your credit card to it and every time you swipe your credit card it keeps a log of your purchase. Great for when you lose or forget your receipt. Like I said this place had it all. You can even get a quickie here. You will just have to see the picture.

Helpful staff and everything you need for home and yard maintenance. Today the gentleman helped me find weatherstripping for four doors, and described how to install it. Stopped by the wine store just in case it goes badly but it should be set. Very knowledgeable employees and the store is always clean.

Terrible service from the appliance department. We bought a fridge during the labor day sale. We brought it home & unpacked it to find it had a HUGE dent in the side. We called to see if we could exchange it. They told us we could return it or get 10% off. Then tried to charge us another $80 to have someone pick it up. They weren't willing to help us find the same model at another location, weren't apologetic for giving us a damaged fridge, & over all just have been shady & rude. They've treated us as if, us buying this damaged fridge was our problem. I do not recommend at all. Very very disappointed.

I have had an issue with getting a recent floor installation repaired. 4 months have gone by and I am left with no flooring on my stairs, just raw wood. The flooring subcontractors have been awful and Home Depot has nothing to rectify the situation.

Always helpful staff and pretty well stocked. Not sure I care for the self check out situation, but if you have only one item or so, it is not bad.I recently purchased a clothes dryer from here and did that all online which worked out very well. It was literally a matter of a few clicks on the website and payment received, delivery scheduled and it happened as promised. The website is great for comparing items (like dryers) and then you can go to the store to look at them. The only thing I was looking for they didn't have was an ice making machine. I also was interested in a refrigerator with a large ice making capability to compare and there really wasn't one. So, I could have been a prime target for buying a new fridge, but the inventory wasn't there and the salesperson was not really knowledgeable about the amount of ice that could be put out by any of the refrigerators to compare. With 3 teens, we go through some ice. I wound up buying a counter top unit for $100 from Amazon, works great, saved some money too.

No carts in the garden area, was told to go to the parking lot and find one. Plants rung up wrong price, garden area told me to ring it up, pay and then go to front for refund. Front desk try to call, asked me to go take a picture!! I give them one star because due to their crap they under charged me 7 bucks. Also, apparently some employees are not happy to be working there.
