For the price and location it is a decent and good hotel. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating when we asked to extend our stay and when we asked for a late checkout. But we stayed in room 204/ 205 ( can't recall the exact room but was one of these ) and the room had a weird odor and when we asked to change rooms we were told it was the cleaning supplies and no other room was available so we got stuck with the room. The other thing our room is right next to the house cleaning/ laundry room so the water pipes woke us up early in the morning and which was really annoying. When we tried to watch TV we had to put the sound high to cancel the pipe noise in the background so if you can avoid the room as much as possible. But other than that the hotel was pretty clean and it was close to downtown.Rooms: Avoid room 204/205 close to house cleaning/ laundry room and gets super noisy. Also a weird odor in the room.Nearby activities: Walking distance from downtown so many food and shops nearby.Food & drinks: Variety of food, bars, and deserts nearby

My friends and I stayed here for a late Mother’s Day celebration and enjoyed our stay, thanks to Barbara!! Will definitely recommend this one!

Its a good place to stay when your visiting Greenville. Has a ton of parking and we never has a problem parking our truck

Wow! My husband and I have stayed here many times and have always loved this location. This time we had the pleasure of meeting Barbara. If you have the chance to meet Barbra you will you be met with the most kind, friendly, and always helpful person you have ever met. We’ve always loved staying but Barbara made our stay much more enjoyable with her smile we got to see everyday. The rooms are have always been very clean and the location is also amazing. We will never stay anywhere else!

Wow! What a great stay.From the time we arrived and upon checkout, we were treated to the BEST hospitality! The room was nice and convenient to accessBest of all, no outside noise from maids banging on the doors or other guests. As a frequent traveler, I give this stay a gold star. Thanks for restoring my opinion of IHG.

Close to places to shop, eat and Falls Park on the Reedy and the Zoo. Nice staff especially Rihanna at the front desk. Clean rooms just wish the water pressure was stronger in the bathroom.

The hotel itself is a clean, updated Holiday Inn Express. If you've stayed at the chain before then you know what to expect. But what sets this location apart is the customer service! I travel a lot for work and let me tell you, the reception and welcome that Venus gave us from the moment we walked through the door was world class and a breathe of fresh air! Absolutely amazing! Thank you!

Extremely friendly people at the front desk! Our room was very clean as was the entire hotel. The location was perfect for us for an overnight stay. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had the pleasure of interacting with Barbara at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, Barbara's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. They gave us a larger room than the one booked, very quiet hotel near the center. Always available coffee and biscuits, very abundant breakfast with many choices. Keep it up!❤️

My stay at Holiday Inn Express downtown Greenville was amazing! Barbara Rondo the guest services supervisor greeted us with such professionalism and kindness. The accommodations were perfect! The breakfast was spectacular and Ms. Pat was caring, kind, and responsible for everything tasting so hot,delicious and plentiful. I willl stay here whenever I’m in town!
