One of the worst hotels I managed to stay at. Started off by being double booked because they said I didn’t have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number. Our shower was dirty and had hair inside of it, asked to have it cleaned and was told they didn’t know if they had a clean room to move us to or when housekeeping would arrive so we spent the morning waiting around for them to clean our shower so we could bathe, didn’t get an apology or any type of remorse for the issue whatsoever. The fridge didn’t work, so my child’s milk couldn’t stay cold. Had to go purchase a cooler and ice for the weekend, used dog bone under the bed, the seat my son sat at was stained with what possibly looked like blood. The trash outside the rooms around us never got picked up and just kept stacking up even when we would see house keeping walk by. The ac had a foul smell coming from it, and the walls had stuff all over them throughout the room. I would stay away from this establishment by all means unless you’re on a huge budget. I’ve contacted the front desk and corporate about the issues and just keep getting ran in circles, other than offering me points. All we got pictures of was the stained chair but I wish I had more to post. I was just in shock the whole time. After waiting 3 days for a manager to be available to assist me, they said there was nothing they could do but to offer me points to stay in another filthy hotel they own, and I was hung up on by whoever was working the front desk. By all means avoid the establishment and don’t make the mistake booking through a third party.

Disappointed this stay. We had to hook the chain to the handle to flush the toilet, the seat was hanging off and one of the beds squeaked horrible just sitting on the edge. ?

We had several issues with our stay. The first room we were in the ac didn't work. We were moved to a second room, and the door to the room was broken and would not lock. The staff did offer an upgrade to another room, and it was fine. It appears that the maintenance team could pay a little more attention.Rooms: Need attention.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good.

Awesome room, good size and a couch with a pullout. Love that they are pet friendly and have water for pets in the lobby. The bar is very cool and the shop is neat. Plenty of parking and placing for the pups to run around. Tv service is dated is really my only

Really nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed a pleasant quiet stay there and a good breakfast in the morning in the hotel lobby. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby.

We had a great time staying at the Garden Inn. The service was wonderful and the best part was the team of ladies that ran the restaurant. They were so kind and attentive plus the food was wonderful!

This place has the best food possible, and has the most nicest staff possible! The staff let us use the bathroom, even without being a Hilton Honors member, or staying at the hotel itself! My son said that the bathrooms here. Are better than his school bathrooms. We ate here, and the fresh was made hot, delicious, & fresh. So I would call everyone in SC To come to this place. We realized that the Tesla Charging Stations, were exclusive with Hilton Hotels. Every Hilton Hotel you go to, you will get on a Tesla charging station. That is if you have a Tesla to use it. Overall this is a great hotel, I might even come to this place again for our trip back! I hope you guys are open on January 1st New Years 2024.

These people are amazing! The server was so sweet and everyone at the front desk was amazing as well! Little disappointed with the housekeeping that speaks ZERO English but overall was excellent! PET FRIENDLY AS

My Stay was beautiful i honestly had nothing bad to say about this Place until i got home and looked at my credit card transactions. These people took out an extra $150 plus $25 for “Damages” because they said they found dye on the bed. First of all the dye came from my bonnet that was on the PILLOWCASE. You mean to tell me ONE pillow case costed over $170????!!!!! I’ll NEVER stay at the place again. Pure ridiculous.

I stayed on a Friday night and the room was awesome! The bed was so comfortable!! I loved how it has an asortment of coffee, a mini fridge, and the best lotion, shampoo and condition!! I will definitely be back!

Our stay was really good. There's only a couple of things I wish could've been better.We had to ask that our room be cleaned which the manager was very friendly about.Also, it was disappointing to have my toddler exposed to the stench of marijuana. I think the management needs to be a little more hard-nosed when it comes allowing that kind of nuisance on the property.
