If I didn't have to rate with a star, I would have given the Pleasantburg Hurricane Express Wash no stars at all. I took advantage of a deal in March where for whatever car wash I chose, I would pay once for the whole year and could get basically a free car wash monthly for 11 more months. I asked the young man how the company could make money doing this, and he replied it was a promotion. I took the bait even though it sounded too good to be true. It was. In going over my VISA bill in July, I found my Visa had been charged $30 every month, even though I had not gotten a wash the last two months. After complaining, I was refunded $30. Further complaints brought me a promise on my answering machine August 20, that $120 would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. This has not happened, and now management has reversed their decision and will not fulfill their promise of this partial refund. Moral of this story; Don't ever give Hurricane Express Carwash your credit card number. And if you already have, check your bill carefully to be sure its not being used again without your approval.

If I could give these people 10 stars I would.i came to just vacuum my car out because it’s free. Upon doing so, I noticed my tires were super dirty and I didn’t have any money, only 10 dollars. So I went to the kiosk to check if they have a simple $7 wash. The young gentleman came to assist me, and gave me a free wash. I was so grateful cause a sista was broke. lol

I drove from Oregon back to South Carolina and came here to give my car a good wash. Dalton was extremely helpful and checked to make sure after my wash to make sure I didn’t need to go back through or need an extra scrub. The car wash worked GREAT and got all the road grime from the 3,000 mile drive back. Will definitely be coming back!
