Very bad service, I made a return since May, and it is time that they did not return my money, they have me with pure lies that in the next 10 days the check will arrive and nothing. I'm very upset! They have no seriousness!!

Had a wonderful experience. I saw the ring online, my fiancé and I walked in with a screenshot of the ring I wanted, Ashlan was able to immediately show me the ring . Ashlan made the experience stress free and perfect. Her knowledge was GREAT! Katya done a great job assisting Ashlan on our transaction. Thumbs up to the jeweler that had my ring sized perfectly by the next day. We will be back for all jewelry needs!

My now husband was able to buy my engagement ring right before Covid shut down the whole world! When he proposed, the ring fit perfectly, like a glass slipper. Our venue cancelled, our honeymoon cancelled, my dress did not make it for the wedding. But even so it was such a special time I won’t forget! Everyone who helped us at Helzberg was extremely kind and made the whole experience a memorable one. I had to go back in and get the ring repaired due to a lost diamond. Which they repaired and got back to me in no time at all. I still go in every six months to get them to inspect and clean it. Overall, great experience!!

I was actually visiting friends (came from Tulsa to Greenville), and the plan was to just go look at wedding rings for ideas, and then buy one when I returned home. The staff that helped were awesome. They were patient, and just as excited as my friends and I were. I got the absolute perfect ring, in my opinion, and I guess I'll be getting married soon!

I came in with my wedding ring that was repaired and within the 90 day warranty broke at the same place. The associate was extremely rude, never said hey how can I help you, just walked up to me and looked at me. Informed me the ring was repaired on the other side- which I don’t believe is accurate, the odds the band broke in the same exact place on both sides is rare. She then asked me if my ring has sentimental value that I should get a new ring. The ring is literally a ring they sale so her insinuating my ring was garbage and it’s a ring Helzberg sales was infuriating. All while I’m holding my crying 2 month old and trying to get my wedding ring fixed dealing with the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Matt and Lauren did a great job taking care of my Fiance and I. We got a wedding band and while there they offered to clean her ring. Hands down the greatest service!
