Arrived to donate a few things a few minutes before 5. Door was locked and told donations aren’t accepted after 5 pm. At that point it was 5. If it was after 5 I could understand but obviously they locked up before the closure time. Drove from Easley to donate here, guess I will take elsewhere.

Terrific experience. You sent Peter and
Donald for a tough pick up job. They
were given the wrong address (my fault).
They texted me and arrived at the right
address. Heavy work including disassembly and tight spaces. They were
positive, efficient and professional. Thankyou so much! Great guys.

One would never know the space now occupied by Habitat for Humanity Restore on Woodruff Road had actually been recently renovated! The men’s room has been nearly destroyed. the stall door will not operate, lots of toilet paper tubes laying around, but no toilet paper, and as no one can work all day without using this room, the employees obviously just ignore it. What a shame! A real black eye for Habitat For Humanity!

Just visited this facility to acquire three desks that were donated by Furman University. I was in and out and less than 10 minutes. They were even kind enough to help me load the desks into my box truck. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. very pleasant experience. Thank you

Very reasonable furniture prices and nice pieces. It is amazing how they run a smooth ship as they do. Very kind volunteers.

Been here twice and haven't found anything. The selections are minimal. I just went to the one in Pineville and off Wendover in Charlotte and found some great items.

The store manager - a blonde lady- is inexcusably rude. She makes every interaction with her unpleasant and makes it uncomfortable to shop there. I went to return two items and she came to the register and returned only one- when I told her I wanted to return the second item she sighs loudly and then snatches the receipt from my hand and tells me that we’re done. Okay. Even if I’m returning both items that I purchased I’m still entitled to a receipt of refund in case something is to happen with their system or the bank and the funds are returned I need proof of return. But given how rude she is I didn’t even bother asking for it. Such a night and day difference to the Taylors branch where everyone is friendly, kind and hospitable. Maybe she just happens to be having a bad day every time I go in (which is quite often) but definitely not a pleasant shopping experience here.
