“There is not a better gym with better personal training in the upstate. I have been going to some sort of gym on and off for 20 years. I have had some good experiences and decent results but I have never had personal training where they genuinely care about your results like Robert, Mike, and Ali do. Mike and Ali, the owners, are there every single time I walk in and are always open to questions, advice, or just conversation. Roberts training is perfect for anyone. He goes into great detail as to what you're doing, why your doing it, and what to expect. The research he does on each workout type is bar none. On top of all of that, they provide you with a nutritional app where they plan every single meal you put in your body from breakfast to lunch to dinner and even snacks in between. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to make myself better with.”

“My experience at this 9Round is outstanding. The trainers are amazing and are engaged with you checking to see how you are doing at each round. The studio is beautiful, clean. There is a stretching area for before and after your workouts. It also has an area with weights. The members are very nice. It’s a wonderful community at this studio. I highly recommend checking out this 9Round location if you are interested in kick boxing for killer workouts.”

“UPDATED TO 5 STARS - The owner and trainers acknowledged my concern and are making efforts to address same. While there may not be a ready fix due to layout or space, the fact that they take concerns seriously and want each member to have the best experience speaks volumes for the owner and trainers.Trainers are very knowledgeable and personable, my program changes every three weeks, so never bored with the program and I see consistent progress.I only gave 4 stars because the class times back up to each other. This leads to the next class arriving during the previous class and without a designated waiting area attendees congregate/stretch in areas a class is still using . I chose the semi-private training and a small gym because I don't feel comfortable training in front of a lot of people, so when I am trying to finish my Prime workout and the next class attendees are "watching and waiting" for your class to be over, it's a bit uncomfortable. This is all personal preference and may not be an issue for others.Don't let that stop you because it's a wonderful program and trainers that will get you to your goals.”

“Burn Boot Camp is the best gym experience. It is not only a gym but a community with great trainers that motivate you, lead by example, and gym members that encourage each other with no judgments.I personally have bad knees and decided to try Burn due to the bouncy floor and it’s a game changer. I am able to consistently do my workouts as my knees don’t swell due to the bouncy floor absorbing most of the impact.The workouts consist of just 45 minutes of your day, the routine changes daily, you can scheduled coaching session, and to top it off there is child watch. Burn makes it easy and fun to attend.”

“Steph was hands down a critical piece to my health in pregnancy and postpartum recovery. After significant weight gain during my first pregnancy, and a host of pregnancy complications and long labor, my doctor told me to be as active as possible with my second pregnancy. I found Steph through a friend and started working out with her at 20wks and continued until I was induced. I saw a significant improvement in joint and back pain, did not get gestational diabetes, and had a quick labor and delivery. 2 weeks after delivery, I was diagnosed with a 3 finger diastasis. At 3 weeks postpartum, Steph and my pelvic floor therapist worked together to develop individualized workouts to help heal my core and achieve my ultimate goal of returning to CrossFit. As a plus, Steph was always cool with me bringing my little tag along to workouts.”

“Coaches will work with you to reach you goals and balance both fitness and nutrition. Workout are a good balance or strength and cardio and they offer different timed classes from 45-90 minutes. The only reason it is a 4 not a 5 is price but Sadie works with you to find a plan they offer that works best for you.”

“This is flat out the best community Crossfit Gym I have ever been to. Everyone here is very friendly welcoming and the Egos are left at the door. The workouts are tailored to what ever your fitness level is a the moment. The schedule of classes are suitable to what ever time is convenient for you to work out. Early Morning mid morning afternoon and early evening classes. All the staff is really invested in your individual success which is reflective of the overall success of the Gym. You will not find a better gym in the upstate.”

“A decent gym, has a couple of squat racks, and has plenty of free weights. However, only has 1 bench press, and not much space for Deadlifts. Also only 2 hour parking spaces are available next to the gym.”

“I’ve been training regularly here for 8 months. They have everything most gyms have as well as two full basketball courts and a tenth of a mile indoor track! Whatever type of training you want to do there are personal trainers at Relentless Life Center that can provide it. Very reasonable monthly membership fee.”
