Did a great job. Kept me informed via text and phone calls throughout the process. Completed in a timely manner - when promised.

I dropped my car off on Nov 6th for a simple repair (busted tail light and paint). Since december I have called weekly for an ETA on when the repair will be complete and have received the run around about what’s really going on or when it will be ready, no one seems to have any idea. It is now January 30th and still no help or response from Michelle, Lou, Michael Jordan and i’ve even called Mike O’leary. I received notice last week that it was ready and now it seems to not be the case and no one will call me back. DO NOT use this body shop if you want timely work done, an accurate report, and communication on the status of your vehicle. This has been the worst service experience of my life.

If I could give -5 I would. Had me drive up to pick up my car that wasn't fixed. Tells me they'll handle my rental - a week later they say oh we never said that. Now I'm stuck with a rental bill. They do not own up to their word and they do not do good repairs !!! I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Professional, and knowledgeable personnel. Timely and excellent service on my vehicle, and everything looks great. Unfortunately, I have had to have my car repaired more than once (due to separate accidents with a deer and someone side swiping me), and I would only let this business do the repairs. I highly recommend this repair shop.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car (our main family commuter, I have two littles in carseats so space is extremely important) for repair of a busted tail light and paint on November 6th it is now December 22 and still no ETA for when my car will be ready. They have requested more money from insurance twice and then give you the run around on who to talk to about the repair and then do nothing to rectify the fact that I've been paying for a rental for weeks when my car is perfectly fine to drive until whatever parts they claim to be waiting on is available. They act as if it's not their problem and when I finally asked to speak to a manager about the situation I had to call 3 times to get someone to even give me a name of who to contact. 100% do not recommend using them to repair your vehicle unless you have unlimited amounts of money and time to waste on rental cars and simple repairs.

After colliding with road debris on I-85, I took my month-old Corolla to Greenville Toyota Collision Center. Michelle did my initial estimate and seeing I was distraught, went out of her way to reassure me that the Collision Center would be able to repair my new vehicle. While I waited, I received timely text messages with updates. Kathleen was available for office visits, phone calls, and texts. Kathleen also went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. She was my “Christmas Angel”. I would highly recommend Greenville Toyota Collision Center and if I ever need collision repair in the future, this is where I’m taking my vehicle.

Toyota Collision did an excellent job on the repair. It did take five months. Progressive is partially to blame because they didn’t come and inspect the vehicle for over a month. Then we were placed in line for the repair. Parts were on back order and it was a cluster. But we finally got it back. The ladies working in the department were very nice.

Just had my driver side headlight repaired on my Jaguar F-Pace. Kathleen Brock was amazing. She arranged my rental, kept me informed and made sure we tested everything before I left to be sure it was correct and and I was happy with the work. She made the drudgery of car repair a good experience.

My husband dropped off the car on May 10th and I picked him up. I think these people are like many others, when they see a person like my husband who is Korean or any other Oriental, they automatically think they are rich . Trust me I have seen it happen from the time we have been together which is a long time. People discriminate when it comes to this. It has been worse since we moved south which I think is disgusting. I always thought Southern's were more friendly and nicer people, but I have learned this not so. When you don't look like others you are singled out and when your last name is two letters, they think you are some kind of professional businessman and rich. Well, my husband is an engineer, and he did make good money, but he also worked two jobs and sent three daughters to college. What we have left is our retirement and we are not in debt. We are comfortable but not close to being rich. I guess being in retirement and Oriental makes you twice a target. Yeah, I am a Caucasian and I know this is very true, I have lived with it for years and I darn sure don't like it! If you need body work on an automobile, please talk to someone that knows someone in this type of business. Do not trust this company they stole our deposit of 1800 which this is also the price they charged for a headlight, covenant, right? that was supposed to be deducted from our bill. They even claimed the insurance money that was paid to us for a rental car because they can't supply one. Our car was in the shop from May 10th until July 31 and trust me they think they are always right. Starting out my bill was supposed to be approx. 4700.We only wanted the body work repaired that was damage we did to the sides because we have a small garage.I knew every spot on this car, and it has never been in an collision. Our car is a 2011 Avalon, and we only drive it to travel. It had 5700, miles on it when we dropped it off and when we picked it up it had 5804.Now I ask you how did my car get an extra, 100 miles. We were going to pay cash from start, but they kept raising the price. My husband decided to let insurance pay for some of the repair so they had to make up a complete bill which they can charge more for. If anyone wants to verify my word I am easy tom find. I have much more to say and I am going to post anywhere I can to warn people like us.We are up in age my husband and I but we are not senile old fools like they like to treat us!!! I am filing a report with Consumer Affairs .They are not a member of BBB for a reason that means they can legally rob old people and you also. I will not rest until they make this right. Our final bill was almost 5800.00 plus my 1800 for a deposit on parts. Whatever response they make I can tell them now as I told them when we were there, You are LIARS and ROBBERS period !!! Oh one more thing I got charged for a broken headlight that was not broke. If it was broke, they broke it.This car has never been on a collision like I said all damage was to car was coming in and out of our garage which is very small.I had a little bumper damage from backing into our garage. We always buy Toyota's this p.o.s garage isn't going to stop me from buying new Toyota's I will go to Spartanburg to buy or Easley from now on!!!!Don't trust your car to this crew ever they over charge on anything they can find and its my word against theirs, but I did not have a broken headlamp .It went from four thousand odd dollar's to over seven thousand!! They cook the books to make it look legit, but its all a sham! OLDER PEOPLE please pay attention who you have work on your automobile!

Got my car in the shop on June 14,2023. There was a part on order since June 27, however I called on July 27 , but the part still not there yet. The guy on the phone just said we still wait on the part to come in. I feel no one is really be responsible to make sure the part is coming or not. I can’t wait any longer to have my car back.

Brought a 2019 Lexus RC350 for front body work. Took 4 months and when we get it back the rear has been sprayed with metal lag from a grinder or some kind of metal They are trying to say it came in that way ???? this baby has been Garage kept It had just been ceramic coated. Detailers would have noticed. Lexus needs their own body shop as these people treat these cars like JERRY JACK LEG BODY SHOP.. shame on you Michael O'Leary and Michael Jordan. You just got paid 25k from my insurance and this IS A corporate problem FIX IT!!

Second time having car repairs within the year. Have been very pleased with this place. The only downside is that it’s really busy so repairs took longer than I would have anticipated. But great body shop, would def use again.
