Had some grinding and shaking and pulled over in a parking lot. It was right across the street from Sark's. The were able to look at it and get it fixed at a very reasonable price.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I've used both Malden and Greenville locations for $60 alignment special. When my son needed work done to his ac that I could not fix... I thought of Sark's and the good deal I got there before. Friendly people-Ron Office manager. They open before stated time of 7:30am, I like that! Got an honest repair estimate. Problem was 3 leaks. Had to order a pipeline. Took care of issue for $575 Man who does that? Honest people that want you to come back. There was some delay in repair time (2-days) because wrong pipe was received... And then their A/C diagnostic machine faulted.Service: A/C installation & repair

I’ve been here before and had great service. They are shortstaffed and very disorganized. I’ve waited 4 hours for a transmission flush that hasn’t been started yet. I had an appointment.

Put tires on backwardsBroke skid plate caused major damage to my car . Had to get a new transmission because they didn't connect certain pieces. Went in for minor work that cost me 5 thousand to repair. Tried to reach out to them and was cussed out.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came in today for a pre-purchase inspection and thanks to the very professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff, I avoided at $8000 mistake. Cost a little over $50 for a very thorough inspection. Will definitely be bringing my future business to this shop. Very grateful for an awesome experience today.

Customer service was very unprofessional & inconsiderate. This shop seemed unorganized and inefficient.I showed up when they opened at 8am for an oil change. I was made aware of my front brakes needing replaced. I gave them the green light to replace breaks along with an oil change. I was told it would take under an hour. My service was not complete until over 8.5 hours later due to their mistake of not having the proper breaks for my vehicle. They picked up the wrong breaks twice. With many hours of waiting patiently, I was only communicated to 3 times through the whole 8.5+hours of waiting to complete the service I needed.I asked if I could have some kind of discount due to the extreme inconvenience, which then I was told by the employee that he would call the owner and see what he can do.I then was told they would not discount my price but just give me the breaks they put on the car for free since they were $60 more expensive than the ones they were going to put on. So instead of giving me some type of discount off of my original price, I would just pay the exact same price since I got more expensive breaks (which I never agreed to). So I’m truly not getting any discount if that’s the case. I’m still paying the same amount as if I had good service even though the service was terrible and took over 8x the amount of time to complete than what I was told.I then try and call some form of management at the Maudlin location and I could not get in contact with management. I then asked the front desk employee about how I could contact the owner and he said, “ I don’t have his number.” even though he was on the phone with him a few minutes prior. I would really appreciate the manager or owner to contact me. I would like to understand how I paid full price for this service? When I was not at fault for: “…an under an hour job” taking over 8.5 hours, bringing the wrong brakes to the shop twice, told I would be discounted and wasn’t. I highly recommend to NEVER use Sark’s Automotive LLC (Greenville location).Services: Brakes

nge and brake pads would be a little over an hour for friends car. As we had a trip ahead of us that worked perfectly and we could be on the road in a decent time. 3 hours later, we were told they picked up the wrong brakes but went back to get the right ones and would be there within 30 minutes. 3 hours after the initial update, now around 1:30 PM, we were then told that once again, the wrong brakes were picked up but the car is all prepped, just needs the brake pads. As I'm typing this review at 4:53, the car has just been finished and is being tested to make sure everything was done properly. We have been here for almost 9 hours at this point. Their response was to not offer any discount of originally quoted price. Unacceptable to have us wait this long with very few updates on a job that should not take much longer than an hour, on top of that to not offer a discount for the time taken up is a slap in the face and shows the owner does not care that we have wasted so much time here.Services: Brakes

I paid for a part in May that they have never put on my car and they said it’s on back order. I asked for a refund and they won’t return my calls. So I have paid for a part that I didn’t receive and they will not refund my money. Very dissatisfied.

I would never recommend anyone to this place. I took my vehicle in for work , they wanted a deposit. I with good faith gave them $500 down. I told them to hold off on doing repairs until they here from my insurance company adjuster. The adjuster did not agree with their estimate so they would not honor the insurance adjuster claim report. I informed them that I will take my car elsewhere. They tried to hold my car hostage. I had to contact the police department for them to intervene to get my vehicle back. Now I am being told they will not reverse charges to my credit card I have to wait on a check, mind you none of this is in writing.
