Came in to get A/C fixed expecting the worst but they were fast, friendly & did not charge an arm & a leg and my A/C now better than ever, would give them 6 stars if I could.

Before going to Sarks, the previous mechanic told me getting my starter replaced would be an 8 hour job and refused to do it. Sarks got it done in 2 hours with phenomenal customer service and a great manager.

I was going to only them. My second time going got an oil change and now my whole car is rattling bad and check engine is on for first time. Wanted to bring in but was already warned I might be charged a $110 fee to see what’s wrong with it understand but I won’t be charged twice for bad service. As previously mentioned in sarks reviews I will be going to precision auto tune across the street. Will update on progress.
Apt for Thursday.
Also was supposed to have all fluid’s topped off. Coolant empty and washer fluid empty. Power steering fluid ran out on me. So they only did oil change and did it wrong.
Update: wrong filter and they messed something else up. Oil change cost over $300 in end.

Caitlin the desk clerk was so sweet and helpful, the technician Nate was very knowledgeable and seems to have a love for what he does. They made sure i didnt leave without knowing what was wrong with my car and when I told him about a noise i had heard he rode with me until i was able to let him hear it. Theyre good at what they do. Thank you to everyone there.

1. You guys had my car for a week and didn’t fix the problem because you didn’t have the part ??♂️? then charged me 700 for a fix I didn’t ask you guys to fix.
Take your car across the street to Precision Tune Auto Care. Fixed my car in a day and had the part in stock.

This place is a rip-off do not go there, I called to get an estimate on my car putting headlights in and wire harness,I had my own parts and they tried to tell me it was going to be a 2 hr ordeal and it only takes me 30 minutes they tried to charge me $210

Had some grinding and shaking and pulled over in a parking lot. It was right across the street from Sark's. The were able to look at it and get it fixed at a very reasonable price.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I've used both Malden and Greenville locations for $60 alignment special. When my son needed work done to his ac that I could not fix... I thought of Sark's and the good deal I got there before. Friendly people-Ron Office manager. They open before stated time of 7:30am, I like that! Got an honest repair estimate. Problem was 3 leaks. Had to order a pipeline. Took care of issue for $575 Man who does that? Honest people that want you to come back. There was some delay in repair time (2-days) because wrong pipe was received... And then their A/C diagnostic machine faulted.Service: A/C installation & repair

I’ve been here before and had great service. They are shortstaffed and very disorganized. I’ve waited 4 hours for a transmission flush that hasn’t been started yet. I had an appointment.

Put tires on backwardsBroke skid plate caused major damage to my car . Had to get a new transmission because they didn't connect certain pieces. Went in for minor work that cost me 5 thousand to repair. Tried to reach out to them and was cussed out.Service: General repairs & maintenance
