Best mechanic in Greenville and a very honest guy. Did everything correct on my car the first time unlike other shops I have been to in the past. He works on all five of my cars and does a great job. Highly recommend. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

George is an Excellent technician, with fast turn around time and honest work. When you come to GNR, you won’t need a second opinion from an inferior shop. He has serviced multiple of my vehicles and will continue to do so

The day I got back and I tried to go to work I got stuck on the side of the road. The dashboard was saying 'traction off' and 'stabilitrack'. I called 10k who told me to get in contact with GNR. They didn't have anything until Monday. My mom got in contact with them as well. We ended up paying more a tow truck to get it to 10k. They did not keep us updated through the process besides telling us when it was done which was almost 2 weeks later. We had to call for updates through the entire process. 10k and GNR would never have the same information or they would say they are getting different stories than we got. AND they wanted to pay $5,500 for a new transmission because they said we DENIED the warranty which we were never even offered! 10k ended up paying 5,000 because we said we shouldn't have to when hadn't even had the car for a month when it stopped running. But then not even 24 hours later after getting it back I'm stuck on the side of the road again. Fortunately I was able to get it to move again and get it home. I called 10K and GNR and I was told that I could bring it back to GNR the next morning. I get it back to GNR drop it off and a few days later when I call to get an update I'm told it's the OPM I cannot remember what they said it stands before but that's what they said. Couple days later I call for an update and they say the don't have anything. They said they're probably going to need a new transmission on one of those calls. We asked if they got the warranty because it was under warranty since they already replaced it once. Then I'm told they need to get the warranty from 10K since they purchased it and then 10K said that GNR should already have the warranty because they're the ones that put in the transmission. Finally they say I can come back and get it. So I went in at 9:00 a.m. on Friday (9/6/24) morning and by 12:30 I was stuck on the side of the road again. I called GNR again they said I could bring it back on Monday and I talk to 10K as well and they both said well we reset it and they weren't having any issues driving it when GNR had it. If that's the case then why am I still having the issues. And then my mom called them and GNR hung up on us saying that it was 10K Auto's problem. And when my mom called 10K and said that she is really getting mad because of this and now she's already paid $500 to get a car back which she shouldn't have had to pay anything for due to the fact that we weren't offered a warranty and the car has had issues since 2 weeks after we got it Kayla who was on the phone with her said well we paid way more than that and we're just as frustrated as you. So they will throw it in your face if they do help you as well but have no issues selling you faulty cars.
I will not be taking my car back there to get fixed again because they don't do anything and they don't really seem to care because it's no one's problem. The communication is extremely poor. The customer service is extremely poor. And the quality of the cars that you are buying is extremely poor. I would never recommend them to anybody else.
It is now 9/8/24 and the only real useI have had from my car is the 2 weeks at the beginning of July (7/1/24). I have not been able to use except for a couple of hours since. Everything could have been avoided if they would have just checked their cars; which according to all of the other reviews I'm seeing recently is the case with all of the cars that they are selling.
Get a vehicle from somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.
I cannot reply to your reply unfortunately and I understand the frustration but there was no communication and you never thoroughly checked through the vehicle when it was brought back because if you did you would have seen that your shop did not put the bolts in the transmission in correctly which is what was contributing to the issues. That was your shop being negligen

One of the best of the best automotive shops I ever experienced while being out of state and needing immediate repairs done on my vehicle. If I could give a 10 star it would be done with George and everything there!

First time customer and got to say it was about the best experiences I had regarding my auto services. Area was clean and organized while they were busy handling business. Everything was done in a time manner and the cost for services was great. They went over anything that was noticed and over future repairs that may be needed for my mileage. Well rounded business and approach to customer service, will definitely go back soon.

Stellar group of guys here. I brought in my 02 Tundra for an honest rundown (as she's old with a lot of miles) and the folks at GNR were great. They called to let me know what needed to get done, fixed everything in a timely manner, and were very honest and helpful when I had questions and concerns. This is definitely one of the best auto shops I have found anywhere in the country.
