Very disappointing and ridiculous experience. I had food items stolen from my apartment while the moving crew was there. I work full-time and I had to move during the week. I didn’t have time to babysit/chaperone grown adults to do their job. The furniture is nice but they have to tighten up their moving crew.

I rented a washer and dryer from FSI for 2 years. The first washer died within about 9 months, but they replaced it right away, no questions asked. The best part of FSI for me was working with Heather Horton in the Greenville office, who was ALWAYS cheerful and very helpful. Make sure to ask for her!

Heather at Furniture Services, Inc. is really helpful! She helped me coordinate finding just the right furniture for someone with mobility challenges. With her helpful spirit and effective communication, she helped coordinate finding a bed and other items that would suit our unique needs.
