Follow up? It's been six weeks since a tech was here to determine where a tank could be setup and a gas line installed to service a fireplace and oven/range. The work estimate was never provided nor has there been any follow up from the company. The tech spent at least an hour of his day measuring, taking pictures, etc. Not sure what's up with this company but I certainly would avoid them.

I've been using freeman gas for 7 years with no issues. Always very polite and quick service. This past year have called a couple times and customer service is very rude and unprofessional. It also takes 10 business days to receive propane. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Lady on the phone is rude and not pleasant to work with. I tried giving her a chance but she continued to get rude and sassy when I was nothing but polite. Owner needs to look into this as I’m seeing multiple reviews.

My mom and dad purchased gas logs 3 years ago and every winter for 3 years the pilot light will not say on. They come out and same issue all winter. I don't recommend them. So far this winter they been our 3 times waiting on 4 time to come out

We had used Freeman Gas for many years with great customer service and no concerns. Over the last year, we have had multiple issues with communication (no one calling back, them bringing the wrong tank, canceling on us multiple times when we had taken a half day off work, etc.). Multiple times we were told we would be called back about issues and concerns, and this never happened.

I love cooking with propane, it's clean burning. I am In total control of the amount of heat I need. The gas people are great and it is a pleasure doing business with them, taking care of my propane needs!!! ?? ?

Bought a log set from Freeman in Ellijay. before the one year warranty was up the logs stopped working. we have been calling weekly and have waited for 6 months. no repair and no refund. bad customer service.

prices are Kinda high and it was about 15 minutes before the closed and lady on the inside that took my money wasn't very friendly but the guy that filled my two tanks was on top of it very polite. So I'll give them a 4 stars because of the service on the outside. ?

Went to get 2 forklift cylinders filled and they said nobody in the store could fill them. What's the point of having a store if nobody is there to fill cylinders?

This office is great to deal with. Chris gave me a great deal on a 1000gal tank and install. Their safety check and install guys are professional and very knowledgeable. Great folks to work with and very competitive pricing.

We bought a new home in Travelers Rest and needed a 100 gallon propane tank installed. We went down the street to a supplier that the builder uses but unfortunately they did not have any tanks and were not sure when they would get any as they had been backordered for 4 months. They recommended we call Freeman Gas and the nice lady that answered the phone said yes they had tanks but we would need to come in and fill out some paperwork. So we went there and talked to Chris and since we are living in Virginia and needed it installed before February 18 Chris asked when we would be in town again. A week later when we were there Ronnie and AJ showed up and installed, filled and checked everything out and had everything working in no time. Another great thing was it was a brand new tank painted gray and blends in with the siding on our house. Everyone at Freeman gas was courteous and friendly and we have already recommended them to others. Thanks Freeman Gas for these fine employees! - Dave and Sue

It was really a pleasure doing business with Freemans. Chris and the staff at the store where very helpful and patient helping me pick out the right gas logs. Ronnie the installer was absolutely great and honest. Ronnie spotted a cracked log and showed me. I would highly recommend them. Seriously best service I've had in a long time.
