My husband and I were visiting Greenville from Greensboro, NC. Looking for new shoes, we went to Fleet Feet. Peter helped my husband find the perfect shoe for him. He was very very knowledgeable in different brands, styles, widths and cushion. He was very attentive and never made us feel rushed, allowing us to try on many many different shoes. Peter was phenomenal. One of, if not the best, Fleet Feet experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you Peter!

I've been in need of shoes for painful feet. The young man, Feddy (sorry if I misspelled his name), was great. He was friendly, professional, and helped me find a shoe that works for me. Thank you! Loved this place and highly recommend.

We purchased a pair of shoes from Fleet Feet. Unfortunately, one of the shoes developed a hole after three months of wear. Our salesperson offered us another pair of shoes at no additional cost. We appreciate their prompt resolution of out problem.

Terrible experience! Employees didn’t even acknowledge us after 10-15 minutes in the store. Not even a “Welcome in”, “We’ll be with you shortly”, or “Thanks for coming in, we hope to see you again”. We even felt like they were trying to avoid us by attending other customers that would enter after we did. We got fed up and just walked out after waiting so long. I hope they don’t treat other customers like they treated us but we definitely won’t be going back.

My 3rd time shopping at Fleet Feet Greenville. I drive over an hour to this store because the customer service is wonderful, and they have a great selection. They have a machine that takes an image of your foot to show what you need from a shoe. The sales team is highly knowledgeable, and they match you with the correct options for your needs. They help you from start to finish. Fleet Feet also has a rewards program that is beneficial for future purchases. A+ Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience with Fetty! Bought shoes that were very comfortable on my feet and didn’t feel rushed. He also taught me how to do a runner’s loop which has solved a lot of my problems!

Wife and I went for new walking shoes Saturday afternoon. The store was fairly busy so we signed in and were greeted within minutes. The person who took care of us was Fetti. He put us both on a machine to measure our feet and made suggestions for shoes. We each tried on many different shoes for about an hour before we got what we wanted. We never felt rushed and were very pleased with the explanation and experience. Fetti is the man!
