Kids recreation football jerseys lasted 1 game before all the letters started to peel. And no it was not our fault for washing, we followed all of the washing instructions. This happened to over 60 players over all 3 age groups. Rec. dept reached out to them, never got a response. Absolute joke. Do not waste your money! This is a late review. (This happened summer 2022).

Huge issue is their hours. Closed on Saturday and with Greenville traffic, it is difficult to get there from surrounding areas. Product is fine if you could place an order. We could not make it.

Never received our school order- SINCE JULY!! Well season is over and still no order! We will never ever buy from this company again! I will make sure to contact our school district and let them know that this company should not be used!

Worst experience. Everything is always wrong. Just got my northwood shirts and they used the same sized logo for a kids extra small shirt as an adult 3xl shirt and they look horrible. Not even as shown on website.Lazy quality and effort.Find another place if you can.

Purchased varsity jacket that has had a chemical smell that permeates everything it touches. Can not hang it with other clothes. Management unwilling to help. Horrible service horrible attitude. Go elsewhere for your business unless you like throwing $350 out the window.

First team is a local store that sells sports equipment. Just don't go there literally right before your kid start this practice because they'll be out of all their inventory. Otherwise, they stay pretty stocked up.

1. False Advertising- didn't receive what was purchased.2. Quality check- product had to be returned and repaired.3. Truthfulness- repaired product was not return back same week as told. Yea, 3 weeks, after I reach out.4. Lack of Communication- decided to mail ours while returning others to coach. Ours coming 2 days later than rest of team.5. This all happened before with another team.
