I highly recommend First Home Equity! Working with them was a great experience! Our loan officer Dan Creasap was so helpful, highly responsive and quite professional throughout the whole process. We always felt very comfortable with his level of knowledge and how well he handled the entire process, taking the time to always answer questions along the way right to closing!

Paul and the WHOLE ENTIRE First Home Equity Loans team is amazing! Each team member made me feel like I was important to them. I was going to work with Quicken Loans or my local credit union, but First Home Equity had lower rates, better service, and a personal touch no one could beat. Paul and his team did an excellent job of helping my first time home buyers. He was thorough in his explanation of the process. He answered multiple calls from my buyers when they had questions. The process was very easy for them. He then went the extra miles and drove from SC to Mi for the closing. I will definitely send more of my buyers to him in the future.Thank you Paul.

Paul and his team were amazing to work with! Paul answered every question I had in the simplest terms possible. He never made me feel like I had a silly question or like i was bothering him. When everyone else said I couldn’t and I’d have to wait 4 more months , John Crivea and his team got it done ! I’m in my home before that 4 months was even up.Just ask for what he will charge for his fee up front so no there’s no sticker shock when you see what he gets LOL…but seriously he will get you your loan and in your home when he says , if he gives you a date that he can have the money , believe him!I appreciate everything him and his team did for me , and you will too !Thank you ! John Crivea is the consummate professional. I've worked with him for many years, and his service has consistently been five stars plus. I highly recommend him, and I could not ask to work with a more qualified and knowledgeable loan officer. With all the new regulations, it's imperative you find a loan officer who can help you navigate through the many channels of the lending process. John's the one!

Absolutely the best team out there! Paul Oulette did an amazing job helping me buy my home! Crazy low rate of only 2.63 and quickest close turnaround I’ve ever heard of. Just 14 days and we were off to the races!! Can’t recommend First Home Equity enough!! You won’t find anyone better!!
