I’ve been to enough pawn shops to know that this one is far more generous than the others. This is the only one I have ever considered to be truly fair having given me a little more than expected for my stuff. This is the only pawn shop for me now. Good people here. Very kind.Almost didn’t come here due to poor reviews. But after reading some of them I suspect that most of the negativity comes from people who have far worse issues than any pawn shop experience.

My experience today at this location were terrible. I waited 25 minutes to be seen because they only had two workers that were moving very slow. One of the workers tried to charge me 40 bucks for a PS4 500gb even though I was there to sell. They refused to let a disabled person use their restroom. I took my PS4 and got paid more.

Customer service is bias and I called corporate because a weapon was pointed at me while I was looking to purchase and I didn’t think it was protocol and I was nervous considering the mishap in Hollywood with a prop and it is illegal to point and present a fire arm! Would not give me my refund back and I have the paper work they had the wrong phone number in the computer so they could not call me! Horrible customer service
