Be careful getting an oil change. Have gone there for several years. Towards the end of last year had an oil change, got home, next morning had oil on my driveway. Next day had big puddle of oil in the driveway. Filter wasn't on tight. Had to get a wecker to haul it to them. Go to get my car, was told I needed Valve Cover Gasket, Oil Pan Gasket, another oil change. Couldn't afford price on Oil Pan Gasket. Still had a leak. Found out oil filter wasn't tight. Had crankshaft seal replaced, still oil leak, still filer not tight. Had another big puddle of oil in my driveway. After charge of$1070.02 I was told main seal was out to take it to an engine shop. Went to Precision Tune, costs me $71.89 and they found nothing. Then I'm told I needed a VVT solenoid and Varible Timing for oil pressure switch that they couldn't find. Thank goodness my son carried it to his mechanic who got the part in a couple of days and repaired my car. He said the oil in the pan was from all the leaks I had had, it was alright. But, they had put the wrong oil filter on. Only cost $206. I wonder now if I really didn't need the other work they did. Haven't had an oil leak in a month now. Still paying that Firestone bill. Now I've got to pay somebody to clean my driveway. But, they call me Boss. Guess it's cause I said many times to check the oil filter to make sure it's tight.

Came here because my car had trouble starting. Paid the 100$ diagnostic. Was told it was the purge valve and to fix it would be close to 200$ I did not have the money that day or any time soon since im in a very tight budget so i took it back. I saw it was a 50$ piece and the rest was labor so together with an experienced friend i showed him the diagnostic and the part they said was faulty. Made sense. Replaced it (5 minutes) since it wasn't the cables just the canister. Like they told me and what was on the paper. And my car still is having issues. Called them and told them the situation and I was told that since somebody else touched it I would have to pay again for another diagnostic. Asked why since the fix was simply putting a piece in and was told that we could've done it wrong somehow. I don't understand how it could've been done wrong in this situation. I understand it could be diagnosed wrong or the time that had passed coulve made it worse but that was not what I was told. I was told that they are right in what they told me and I was wrong. No way around it no suggestions other than repaying. Even if it turned out it was something else wrong entirely. I barely have money to buy groceries let alone spend it on rediagnosing something that should've been fixed according to their papers. It feels wrong that they charge all this money and have no guarantee for their services or at least have the decency to take a second look. Makes no sense and it just feels like a scam.

I recently had an issue with my car not starting. I assumed it was the battery and called and asked if they had a battery in stock. They said they could have it replaced and to bring it in. Now 3 days later my car is not working again. I call them and tell them what happened and they said to bring it in. They then proceed to tell me that I need a new alternator. I asked why didn’t they inform me with this information on Monday and they said that I specifically asked for a new battery and that’s what they gave me. They did see that it needed a new alternator and battery but I didn’t inquire about that. They said they could fix it for over $1k. When I told her I would take the vehicle and she said I owed them another $41 for testing. I felt that wasn’t right as I just came in Monday for a new batter and she just told me that I needed both services Monday. When I told her I thought that was ridiculous she said I could take the keys but they would never service my car again if I took my keys. At this point why would I let them do anything. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer.

I had a great experience here! Very kind and courteous staff. There was a misunderstanding about the availability of the specific tire I bought and when they realized what happened, they didn't hesitate to take care of me. They respected my time and I greatly appreciate the way they did business with me. That's how you keep people coming back and I definitely will be. Thanks y'all!

Good service. Had a slow leak in tire. Fixed it for $22 !Waited a while, comfortable waiting room. Well done, they did point out that I needed a battery after 4 years, which was good info. They also suggested a tire rotation, but not yet.
