PSA: They WILL NOT PRINT a label here!!
I thought they were joking but no…even a prepaid FEDEX label, they will not print anything and say to go to the library instead. Pretty absurd and immensely inconvenient for a business who wants people to ship with them.

They never have workers available to assist customers. The person us nice when they finally can wait on you. Please hire, too many people need jobs.

Needs to actually be open during open hours . Hours are updated 8:30am- 7:30pm and it’s 8:41am with the doors still locked and multiple people outside waiting . I need to get to work and have to have my medical package shipped out asap .

My wife was worried when we had to go here to pick up a package that wasn't delivered. Needless to say, get experiences at Atlanta FedEx facilities have been pretty terrible. But not this one, it was as pleasant as Greenville itself. The lady writing the front counter was super friendly and helpful. We were super impressed!

Multiple perishable packages not delivered claiming “damaged” but I don’t believe every single perishable package of my grocery deliveries is damaged and undeliverable. Unnecessary food waste and terrible service.
Edit to add that I did talk to someone there after filing a complaint and he was very apologetic and receptive to my concerns. Curious to see if anything improves from here.

Horrible company with horrible customer service who lie and steal. If you have a option ship through literally ANYONE else! I would rather walk across the country for my package than have it shipped by this degenerate service.

The people here are super friendly and very outgoing. I've been here several times sending and picking up packages and everyone has always been really helpful and kind.I don't think the reviews on here reflect accurately the employees that work at this location but much rather their irritation with having to pick up their packages instead of having them delivered directly to them.I've seen a few customers being absolutely disrespectful to the nice ladies that work the counter here in my two most recent visits. Where has human decency gone?
