I've only worked with stephanie at this location. Everyone who works.There is personal but stephanie's knowledge of printing inks and paper is unbelievable!

This location has some of the best customer service I have ever received. I was working with Stephanie from the 1st day that I went in. She was beyond helpful. She helped me resize my file Because I was having issues uploading it. Which I did not even know was a thing. She was extremely helpful in explaining every step to me. The 2nd day I went in I was also helped by Kim who was equally as kind. When I finally submitted the order the ladies had it back to me within an hour. I was beyond impressed. I will definitely be using this location for all future printing orders.

I went to make some copies and was my first time using the copier. I am technology challenged and a lady came by to help me and got my copies made. I did not get her name but she was very helpful in explaining things to me and got my copies at a good price. I would definitely come here again.

Jackie is a GEM! I ordered online out of town. I called from the road and found my order was scheduled at my home store. Jackie searched for the order, worked with that store to transfer files and had them waiting for me … early … when I arrived. And, she did all this with a wonderful, friendly style. I am now prepared for a vital meeting and feel great. Jackie didn’t have to help … and she certainly didn’t have to be so nice … but she did. I liked FedEx office before. Because of Jackie, I’ll always be a customer, in my home town or out. She’s exceptional.

I came here to have some pictures printed of my brother who recently passed. Stephanie realizing my situation was very kind, patient and compassionate. The entire staff was great but Stephanie, you are definitely a 5 star!
