I had a package that needed to be out ASAP on a Friday night. Associate (Kristopher) was extremely helpful at the front desk. He offered me several suggestions to make sure that I was getting the best prices and fastest delivery.

I have been a patron of this store for years now and have been continuously grateful for their customer service. Today was no exception. I had a large blueprint of my grandfather’s that I was hoping to scan. The regular machines were not large enough, so I was shown how to use a large-scale machine. They went above and beyond to assist me when the print would not initially scan. I greatly appreciate their time, care, and patience! Thank you!

I would definitely like to recognize the excellent customer service I received from "The Wonderful Kris". He was very vigilant (noticing my need for assistance without even asking) and courteous. I felt welcomed as a customer, approached with a pleasant smile and shall not visit any other FedEx in Greenville, SC other than the FedEx Office located on Woods Lake Road.

Had the pleasure of printing out my graduation invitations from this location and my experience was stellar to say the least. Gabe was meticulous with checking on my order prior to print and even though there was an issue due to system error he handled the issue fantastically. I will definitely continue to print at this location.

For years, my driver has been leaving my parcels on my uncovered front porch. I always specify that all deliveries should be left under my carport, in back, on the metal table (There are no fences or dangerous dogs). I leave this information in writing when I can, and I have talked to the driver, when I am able to see him leave the delivery on the front porch. I have had many items damaged by rain, because he is too lazy to go to the back & leave the deliveries under the carport. Every encounter with this driver results in his lying and acting entitled & dismissive. He has never knocked on the door or rung the bell to let me know he has my delivery.

Disgusting service, the workers are inadequate, they refused to accept my parcels several times for various reasons, today they offered me to go to another Fedex location to send the parcel. Elsewhere I sent the same parcel without any problems.

I have been to this FedEx several times and it’s always the same outcome. They are only ready to help if you’re a certain race. They have to do better. If I’m going into the store it means that I am going to pay for the services I need.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the FedEx store at this location. The service has been consistently subpar, and if it continues, it will undoubtedly tarnish the company's reputation.The women working there are rude, inattentive, and unhelpful. Their focus seems to be more on pushing their boxes than assisting customers. They even refused to accept my packages while trying to sell me theirs.For small businesses, I strongly discourage using this service. I recommend opting for the FedEx Ship Center on Mauldin Rd or choosing UPS instead.This experience has left me frustrated, and I hope improvements are made promptly.
