Cooperate desperately needs to go to this store to clean up shop. There are so many things wrong from inventory to your employees not being properly trained. It’s sad that you all have done nothing to improve this store.

My brother in law bought an Xbox card and it was never activated by the store associate. The manager won’t help him and they said there nothing they can do. We filed a report with the CFPB. None of us will shop at this store any longer. The manager has done NOTHING! We will gladly take our business to Walmart or Ingles!

The manager is very nice. She went out of her way to help me with an item that was mis-priced and also with an article of clothing. She was also very kind, friendly and welcoming and even said that she was glad I chose her store. I wish I knew her name for this review. But I do think she said she was fairly new. She is doing a great job so far!

Yeah they talk the whole time the light was trying to concentrate on checking us out and it took too long and I only had one item. I stopped going there cause the lazy one works there. I thought it was gone but I was wrong. Probably be a good while before I shop again. It's a sign when a business is never busy. Enjoy

While shopping for birthday supplies my granddaughter, who is 2 needed to potty. The lady at the register told us the bathrooms were out of order. Unfortunately my granddaughter couldn't wait and wet through yet clothes into the floor. That associate never flinched, acknowledged us or tried to help or get a mop. I understand why places, especially that area don't want people in restrooms but maybe you need to quit catering to those and actually assist good paying customers. Plus there may be an employee shortage but you really need to train your associates. We visited at 11:35 on September 3rd. Hopefully that will assist you in which associate was working.
