I needed to get some batteries and I politely asked an employee( African American man with locs and a gray shirt) to unlock it for me. He was counting money, but I waited patiently on him. He acted as if it was a MAJOR inconvenience for me to ask him. I did not see any other employees on the floor. And the sweet woman who was at the register had a long line. This man had an attitude and was HUFFING PUFFING. I understand it is Thanksgiving and you’d probably rather be home. I understand that, I did retail. But, there is a certain way to present yourself. Luckily, the lady at the register was super nice and patient.

Doesn’t open when they say they will. 815 on a Saturday and doors still locked. Me and another customer waited 5 mins and knocked. Cars in parking lot but doors still locked. Was supposed to open at 8am.

Very cluttered and nothing seemed to have a place. Things scattered around all over the floor to the point that it made it hard to get through the aisles at all and I only had a small tote, no buggy at all. This store needs help.
