We stayed during Hurricane Helene and we lost power for 6 days. The staff were very accommodating and we all made the best of a bad situation.
Nearby activities: Across the street from
Haywood Mall and a nice Barnes and Noble. The hotel is near a wide range of restaurants.

The staff here is terrible. My credit card was charged a fee of 250.00 which was unfounded and unprofessional. They did not return the deposit of 150.00. They basically stole 400.00 from my account. The hallways are damp and smell like mold and mildew. The stove top did not function and when the desk was informed, they never bothered to fix it. At that price, we couldn't even cook. If you want fresh towels, you have to pay for them. It's an overpriced dump with a rude unprofessional staff. Especially the manager at the desk, Feby. Worst experience I've ever had.

Staff is very friendly and considerate.
Rooms are nice and big! The air conditioner works great!! The place is clean even in the stairwells. It feels like home. You feel comfortable here. There's a full size refrigerator and a full stove and microwave and kitchen sink. You have a bar to eat at and an actual closet to hang and put up your belongings. You have plenty of space and lots of end tables. The lamp even has a plug on it to use.
Very amazing for the price!
Highly recommend this place... Don't look around I know the outside may look a little old but it's nice in here and quiet. My kids are safe being here ❣️?.

They add so many fees at checkin they know most people that stay here don’t have anywhere amelse to go so they just keep adding on.

I have been at the property for a week and I absolutely love it! The room is like a little apartment so cozy. The location is perfect. And the service has been outstanding all of the staff have been very nice and helpful but Nancy is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has everything they need and are happy! If I could give her 100 stars I would! ❤️
