When my pregnant wife attempted to return one of my suits with the 'do not remove' tag still attached, she was unable to do so, despite it being within the 30-day return window. The suit was missing one of the tags, which was not required according to their website and store policy. However, the man at the store still refused to accept the return, even after calling support, who ultimately allowed it. Despite my wife being extremely cordial throughout the entire process, the man became extremely emotional and kicked her out of the store. I've uploaded a picture of him for the store to see.

Went into this establishment today(Express Haywood Mall Greenville), walked around for about 15 minutes or so. Not one associate greeted nor offered to assist. Store isn't really as neat nor organized as most others I have gone into.Clearance area could definitely use some clean up and organization. First Express I have visited and was disappointed. I saw some items I liked but I didn't bother to even pull out my little Express card due to customer service. I expected better from such a nice Mall

This is a terrible company, and the Haywood location is terrible as well. I ordered a suit to be overnighted for a wedding online. It wasn't overnighted (though I was still charged), and they didn't ship me what I ordered. Instead of a suit they sent a random jacket that was the wrong size and a random pair of pants. They then told me I had to return it to my nearest store - which was the Haywood location - and they would provide a refund. I did, and once I asked the folks in the store if I needed a confirmation that I dropped the incorrect items off, they said "no, customer service has a case open for you just tell them you dropped it off". Well, 30 days later and I still haven't been refunded. I keep calling customer service daily and all they do is pass me around. Clearly at this point they are not planning to give me my money back - so they effectively have just stolen money from me. I would be highly cautious before spending any money with this company.

This store and management is absolutely HORRIBLE! The people who are higher up and involved in this specific location do not care about anything and avoid all the nasty issues that go on in the back room that hold all of the outrageous priced clothing. I highly recommend Cotton On or a department store.

The management is so bad in this company, complaint after complaint and NOTHING ever gets done! Prices are so high. I'm suprised they are even still in business!! Go shop elsewhere where you will be appreciated and your money won't go to people's salaries who do not deserve it!

The clothes smell really bad. Especially the leather stuff. The prices are obnoxious. Why is a dress that is made in Vietnam $200?? I’d rather go downstairs to Banana Republic. Save your money and time.

The new staff doesn’t really have great people skills I have been a long time shopper here and even tho there was a lack of management the old staff was really nice the new lady at the register told me I didn’t have an account when she typed in my number but when I typed it in I did she played on my intelligence I will not be doing business here any longer I will drive to either Columbia or Charlotte

Have placed about 10 store pick up orders that have been cancelled. Their inventory is either a joke or they aren’t trying. Of course nothing has changed even after reaching out to customer service.

What is going on in this store? It's an absolute mess! Clothing is thrown everywhere on tables, it's extremely hard to shop. I asked one of the employees where to find and item and her response was "that's a good question". They're on their phones texting and looking at TikTok when they have LOTS to do given the state of the store. I had to wait for another employee to finish sending her text message so she could even acknowledge me, and the whole time she didn't say a word, she was just paying attention to the conversation happening behind her. Extremely rude staff.

Walked in to a sign that says up to 70% off, asked where the items were located that were 70%, and was laughed at and told "yeah this store really only has some items up to 50% off".
