After being in a car accident and without my car for over a month, I am really happy with how enterprise handled everything. Every person I spoke with and interacted with at the Woodruff Rd branch was patient, professional, and helpful. The car I received was nearly brand new and in excellent condition. They made the whole process so smooth and easy. Thank you especially to Garrett!

I recently needed a rental as a deer hit my car. While driving home I noticed the steering wheel was tacky and the windows were dirty. I used 4 clorox wipes to get the steering wheel clean. There were also spots on the passenger seats. I also needed to vacuum the car and clean the windows. Really disappointing. When I dropped the car off and they asked how everything was. I explained how dirty the car was and they did give me a credit of approximately $80. Also there was on an 1/8 of a tank of gas when I picked it up. It was a Full size SUV Ford Expedition. Very disappointing to get a car in this condition

Was rude and kept telling me that I could switch out my car for a bigger car Every time I called to see they kept telling me I was on the callback list, and I never received a call the whole time that I had the vehicle. I even had to go clean the vehicle and sanitize it where it smell so bad like smoke.

Ashley Mangels, Garrett Dailey are an amazing example of hard workers, great customer service and how to make a customers day! This location has great cars to choose from. This location will work out goods deals. Garrett and Ashely are very patience explain the process of the rental and took the time to show us the selections me and my wife were interested in. This is a great place to rent a car.

This enterprise has the best selection and cleanest cars. The manager, Garrett, is awesome. He treats me like I'm a V.I.P and gave me his business card in case I needed to reach out to him.No other Enterprise manager has done that. The employees are all very courteous. I will continue to fo business with the Woodruff Rd Enterprise

Rented a Pacifica for a long trip (2500 miles in four days) from the Enterprise on Woodruff Road, Greenville. Everything about the rental was excellent...the vehicle and its condition, the price, and especially the assistance of Clarisse during both pick up and drop off.

I always choose this location for my car rental needs. This time Cliff booked my reservation and assisted me with my preference of vehicle. Thank you for a great customer experience Cliff!!! Very patient, polite, professional and understanding. Garret helped check me out and all was as expected....nice and smooth transaction. They were accommodating extending the rental out a week or so with honoring the insurance rate. I'm grateful for that as the insurance reused to extend it out and cover costs. Thank you!
