The customer service at this location is awesome. As long as you do not damage the cars they will give you your deposit back. I am going to use them every time I need a rental car!

I've been renting from Enterprise for personal and professional use for years, and this is by far the best location I've rented from. One of the employees here, Hayden, truly goes way above and beyond normal customer service standards to ensure my experiences with Enterprise are always positive. She's been my agent at more than one location, so I can easily say it's her particular brand of service to a customer that stands out. She's relatable, professional, kind, and I genuinely know I am in good hands when she is involved. Her supervisor and coworker, Bailee and Tre, are also a pleasure to deal with and two more reasons I'll be back at this location next time I rent with Enterprise. Bailee also goes the extra mile when taking care of her customers. Unfortunately, I had a fairly complicated issue during my last booking (out of town, rural area, far from everything.) I was scared, on a time crunch, and in a place I didn't know. All the bad things. Bailee and Hayden were able to work with me through all of this to make sure I made it home safe.I cannot express how appreciative I am for this team. The location is great, the store is quick, quiet, and clean. Tre was there alone when I picked up my last booking, yet he was still able to get myself and others in and out with no problem. They have great vehicle choices that seem to change a good bit. And again, they got me out of a tough spot within a fairly unique and complex situation. I highly recommend this store. Thank yall so so much.

Tre and Bailie were so very helpful! My wife and I were in a minor accident and needed a rental. Our local Enterprise was unable to help.(we live in NC just across the SC state line)But Tre and Bailie were so helpful and compassionate to get us in a vehicle before the Thanksgiving holiday. Tre is always super helpful when I call to ask questions regarding our rental. He took the time to explain things that my local Enterprise didn't. Highly recommend this location.

The team at the Buncombe Street, Greenville location is amazing! I frustratingly had to deal with a rental due to a car accident and they made sure I was aware of everything happening during my rental. In addition, they communicated with the insurance companies for me and alerted me to each conversation. Thank you Enterprise for this great team!

This place was absolutely amazing they took very good care of me and my husband they got us the rental car we needed worked with our insurance company and didn't give us any hassle. Terry I think was his name was absolutely amazing!

Every staff member was extremely helpful and great to work with. The vehicle was clean, ran great, and exceeded expectations with the adaptive cruise control! Looking forward to using them again!

Very impressed by this car rental location. The rental place through a local airport wanted $493 for three nights delivered to a small airport. Forget that. So we rented a car for one night for $76 total to get into the Blue Ridge Mountains for a day trip. Staff was friendly and helpful on both the checking out and returning phases.

I recently rented a vehicle for a family vacation. There was an issue with the air conditioning and in Florida, with small children, I needed it resolved. William at the Greenville location was more than helpful!! He went above and beyond to find an Enterprise in the area and had it all taken care of in less than 24 hours. I look forward to renting from Enterprise again.

William Mares was great from start to finish of renting a car for the weekend. Hui Liu was also great with getting me squared away at drop off. Great customer service and nice staff. Will be renting from this location again.

The Insurance Company that the insurer that hit me chose this location. The sales rep that were assisting me did a great job. what happened next doesn't reflect on her. She chose a Mazda SUV for me but her Male co worker took those keys from her and gave her a set of keys for a Toyota SUV. I didn't want to cause a seen because I had my grand daughter with me, I also had to get to work. I thought it was very unprofessional and I will be lodging a formal complaint.

Wonderful customer service at this enterprise! I work out of my car for a living and needed a a little bigger of a vehicle because my car will be in the shop for several months.Hayden helped me initially and also when I traded and she was nothing but helpful and kind. She had the car I asked for cleaned and ready to go very quickly. Thank you so much, Hayden!
