Excellent hotel to stay in.
We stay in the this hotel for a family reunion each year.
It is a perfect place to gather and enjoy Greenville.
Rooms are terrific, breakfast & supper very convenient and our favorite is the popcorn & soft drinks in the afternoon.
Customer service is amazing! They are helpful & respectful.
We will continue to return.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was a previous customers wet rag hanging on a shower rod and hair on the wall, and I believe the sheets were not changed either,.. just pulled up.

Positive: Great hotel to be, breakfast and dinner is provided as well as drinks. Management is always going around making sure everything is good. Helpful and friendly staff.
Situation: I encountered issues due to a mishap between the desk attendant and the management of a pound laundry request. The general manager tho, came in and was diligent to my situation without making me penalized.
In my opinion, mr. general manager is the representation of customer service, he was straightforward and solved the situation quickly. I thank you for that.

More like a water park if you are on the pool side of the building. Guess the 3 free drinks to the adults is too much for parenting these days. Hotel said noise at pool stops at 10 and there's only 3 people in there. Add 10 to that count. It's a hotel, not a Great Wolf Lodge i thought. If you are a contractor that needs to get up early not a good idea during the warm months.

This is the best motel I have ever stayed in! The manager was active at making sure you were satisfied with every aspect of your stay. Every employee went above expectation. Everything was clean, the food was great, the pool was nice. I look forward to another visit!

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was only one night, but the staff was friendly, room was excellent - clean, comfortable - everything you should get from a hotel experience. Breakfast was on point as well. Would recommend.

Everytime I have to come to Greenville this is my first pick. Super clean and they have a wonderful breakfast.
Rooms: Very neat and clean
Nearby activities: It’s right off a busy road with everything you need.
Safety: I felt very safe here
Walkability: This is a decently walkable location.
