I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… The driver DELIBERATELY LEFT MY PIZZA ON THE GROUND. He delivered it early, didn’t contact any phone number we had on file, and drove back to the store. I spoke with AUSTIN PUTNAM, the “franchisee” and he said that it’s DOMINO’S POLICY/CULTURE NATIONWIDE TO LEAVE IT ON THE GROUND even though he’s just a “franchisee”. He saw nothing wrong with the driver’s actions even though that driver has had countless complaints against him. This is the second time that we have had this driver. The first time, he ASKED IF I ALREADY TIPPED HIM AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR, then proceeded to drop my food ON THE GROUND while he was pulling it out of the bag. But the “franchisee” sees nothing wrong with this type of behavior in his employees. I asked him if we were on a recorded line and he said “Yes”. I will contact Domino’s Corporate about this incident and see if they feel the same way. The woman who picked up the phone at the store had more empathy and was understanding about the situation, but when the “franchisee” took over the call to “mediate” the situation, he made it much much worse. I appreciate the product itself from the cooks at the restaurant, but until this is resolved, I will not be a customer “nationwide”.

So drain my Free points and leave.off the free item. What happened to the good service? We certainly tip when we don't pick up. Not our only.option for pizza so if the FREE is a joke then we won't even bother.

The driver must was high on meth or crack are can't read clearly ordered online and if I type in my address from my end ite on Domino's end as well I'm pissed poor customer service they almost took me back to the old me

Service and delivery drivers were wonderful. We had an 11 pizza order for a birthday party. They quoted a 45 minute time frame for delivery and it was way less than that. The pizza was hot and steaming when it arrived literally! So fresh and all the guests loved it! 10/10

Chicken pizza is soo good but the veggie pizza is not that much good compared to chicken..Ordered 4 pizza two times but same that time alsoQuick and fast delivery to room door itselfTry to make some new to that veg pizza next time if I order again

Talked to “Stephanie” the manager at this location who rudely let me know“If you’re calling to tell me your pizza is shaken up, I’m not replacing it! I have had 7 calls about shaken up pizza and I have had to remake it 7 times and I’m not remaking your pizza ?”! After listening to this I tried to reason with her and ask her if she was going to make me pay for what other customers have experienced and she said “Yes” people are trying to get free pizza. After a few back and forths she still refused to remake my pizza and said she could give me a credit and that was all. I took the credit but I wanted my pizza Obviously her drivers are playing hockey ? with the pizza today this is only a highlight of the conversation. As a former restaurant owner this is absolutely unacceptable service and I know Dominoes is better than this. So I’m sitting here with a pizza sandwich that is stuck together trying to figure out how to make sense of this mess.

My mobile order was placed at 11:20. I arrived at 11:30 and parked my car until the app said my pizza was ready. When ready I drove to the drive threw. The 2 cars in front of me were allowed to order pay and get their pizza which is a 15-25 minute process while I wait on my already done pizza. Aggravated, I drive to the front of the store to walk in to get my pizza, but the doors are locked and the employees paid me no attention as I ran out the door. I got myself back in line and it wasn’t until well after midnight. I received my pizza. I have zero intentions on ever returning to this location as I received my pizza somewhat cold. These employees didn’t even say sorry and acted like this is normal. Shows how much they care about customer satisfaction.

I placed a delivery order at 5:30ish . At 6:30 the app said my order had arrived. I checked outside and it was nowhere . I called the store who told me the app messes up and told me to wait 10 more minutes. I waited and it did not arrive. I called back and ended up talking to 3 different people and someone finally told me the driver delivered it to apartment 1, which doesn’t exist in my complex’s system…. I had very clear directions of building and number. They seemed to think it was more funny and didn’t offer an apology or anything. They said they’d remake the order and send it out again right away. Yet it took over another hour for it to arrive in a crushed box with no apology. The whole point of ordering was to save time and avoid cooking and I would have been better off cooking considering the hassle and getting the food 2 hours after ordering. Save your time and spend a little extra to order from elsewhere who can follow directions and don’t leave your order at the first apartment they see.
