We visited yesterday (and have been here many times) because Dollar Tree of Berea usually has more variety of products than the one near our home in TR. The commute was not worth it, though, as their credit card processing system was “down” again, and they were only accepting cash. I don’t think we will go back again, because I never know when they will only be accepting cash or when their systems will be working. This could be (I do not know) yet another reflection of how the area of Berea is treated as lesser because of its primarily Latino population.

I tried to go there today at 9:40 and the door was locked and there was no sign on the door saying it was gonna be closed. they open at 9 btw. it’s just odd that’s all

This store needs to take a field trip to the Simpsonville store. To learn how to be friendly how to stock the shelves how to clean and how to empty the overflowing trash can on the sidewalk that is the first thing you see when you pull up. Just a plain embarrassment to the store. Please take pride in your work place and your customers. Thanks

Got exactly what I was looking for but we waited & waited but no cashier so I knocked on the office door & a very nice lady quickly came out & apologized, I don't know where the regular cashier was but this nice maybe assistant manager on the ball & quickly got everyone checked out.I didn't get her name but she got on the ball & handled everything just as a good management personal would.Than you,Janice Kelley
