Daughter gave cashier cash and the woman glared at her with the devil in her eyes.,.,. rude rude rude interaction! She snapped at my daughter because she set her money on the counter and didn’t hand it to her directly. SHES 4!!!!! She then muttered some extremely racist comments toward us. I know I’m white but no one deserves that!!!! Never coming back!!!

Out of everything we normally buy! Had a lot of Easter items I wanted to buy, and they would not sell them. Manager said they had to put the items up because they were 31 cents and now they are 1 cent. No air conditioning in the store! Guess they would rather let the chocolate rabbits melt than sell them. I offered to pay yesterday's price of 31 cents. Still wouldn't sell them. Never going back to that dollar tree!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. This place is run by a bunch of thugs. I came in for an exchange. All of these women start coming out of the managers office/break room. None of them knew basic math and couldn’t understand how to exchange a $5 item for a $5 item. They kept insisting I owed them $2. They had about 5 people piled up in the managers office along with a baby. One cashier was actually clocked in/working. All of the people coming out of the office said they were off the clock. They kept threatening to fight me. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

This place is freaking gross. They really don't have much of anything in stock that a typical dollar general wood, except for balloons, yet they don't have enough staff to be able to fill a balloon with helium. I have no doubt that the staff here works very hard, there just isn't really anybody that works here. There are a lot of the filthy vagrants that frequent this shopping center, openly shoplifting, just as they do with the angles a few doors up. There are other Dollar Trees in the area, both near Walmart in Travelers Rest, and in "downtown" Berea. I would suggest taking your shopping trip to one of these locations.

Today I went by my local Dollar Tree at Cherrydale I was bored stiff off on a Sunday and needed some fun in my life!Boy oh boy did I find treasures!Redide my kitchen with this really cool peel and stick tile new kitchen towels and the nicest Manger and staff.Way to go guys!Elizabeth HartResident of Cherrydale area.Made my day!

Arrived at the door at 8:54pm to grab cat food, which would’ve taken us no more than 2 mins to go in an out. But no. As we approached the door, a worker who was actively laughing and engaged in conversation with another employee decided to run to the door and lock it in our faces before we even had a chance. The store clearly states that it closes at 9pm. Ive seen multiple reviews about them opening late and closing early. This is a poor establishment with nothing but incompetent workers who keep the store looking absolutely disgusting and unkept. I travel 10 extra mins just to go the next location because I absolutely despise this store. Oh yeah, and one time we went in to grab mayonnaise and it was expired. Please owners, do SOMETHING about this sad excuse of a Dollar Tree.

This was probably the DIRTIEST DT I have ever been in...it looked worse than a Family Dollar or Dollar General. The shelves (all) were in such disarray. Only 1 person trying to put stuff up while the Manager stood there talking to the casier...that was backed up and had 6 customers in line. They either need employees to clean it up or another manager. It was AWEFUL.

This store is in a pretty sad state, and I don't believe it's because of the people that actually work here. It's a total and complete mess inside, they have very few items listed on the website in stock that are available at other stores in the area. When you pull up, you'll be greeted by a variety of panhandlers with lots of stories to tell you and lots of reasons why they need a few dollars. If you really need something, go somewhere else.

It's been a while since I've seen a dirty dollar tree. This place is a mess and like every dollar tree, the line gets long and there's only one person working. A lot of boxes on the aisles, but no one stocking. This place needs to catch up and clean up
