I don't know if this just happen to me or more people have experienced the same but I'm new to the area and the first time I went to that store my change was short it was only 3 dollars I was missing and since they don't give you a receipt I couldn't prove my change was short but I went again tonight and oh my god, my change was short again and this time was 20 dollars,someone need to either stop doing people wrong or give out the receipts because this actions are unacceptable

The employees were difficult to find and when I finally did get “assistance” I was told that they can’t honor the advertised prices because “it’s the system”. I asked them to explain that because you can’t advertise a price and then refuse to honor it. The Dollar General a few miles away had absolutely no problem honoring the price. I’ll make sure to use that store in the future! I should’ve expected as much since garbage is piled up in front of the store and carts are pulled out in the aisles making it difficult to even get through the store in the first place.

The store is being neglected on the exterior to the point DHEC will be notified very soon if I don't see it cleaned up on all sides, Corners, and yardage... The amount of trash scattered all around is absolutely unacceptable.. Pictures attached is from 9/11/23...

My first time visiting this location, it’s unorganized just like almost all of the Dollar General stores that I have visited. The ones near me are the same. You just get used to it, they usually have what I’m looking for. I was looking for Mother’s Day cards and they didn’t have any.

They have raised their prices (not due to inflation) to be more expensive than Walmart. Save your money and drive a 1/4 of a mile to Walmart.

Both employees working yesterday 07/23 need to find other jobs since working there is stressing them to much and taking it out on customers. They both knew what they were signing up for, nobody made them work there, but I blame the person above them for letting it continue to happen and letting them deal with the public.

Rude cashier when checking out today this morning, the lady was rolling her eyes at me and with a fake smile, I asked her "How's it going?" and her response was with a cocky attitude saying (GOOD), then she became very friendly to the customer behind me and had a small nice conversation which is why I'm giving a 1 star, what ever happened to customer friendly service?

Closing at 10pm is a joke. They closed tonight with customers in the parking lot twenty minutes early. I needed infants ibuprofen for my two month old who was also with me because I'm not two individuals so he goes everywhere with me which is fine.This dollar general in particular doesn't know how to efficiently do inventory or stock for that matter. Unfortunately it's the closest one to where I live.

The old lady who was working yesterday has a attitude every time I come in. Gets rude when asked to do her job. I came in today trying to get cash back with my purchase and I was denied it. As a former DG employee I know this behavior is not acceptable. It's 1 pm and your telling me the store doesn't have money to give me cash back but the employees have no problem taking my money for my order. There is never product on the shelf and the store looks a mess after all my bad experiences this week I won't go back to this location again.
