Went to dollar general to grab a few things since our daughter was sick and upon check out clerk was very unfriendly. No happy greeting at all. The kicker was when I asked if I could load money to my cash app, he then says it’s down. I said okay I spoke with a gentlemen the other day and he says we have to use the other register to scan. He says I have to call to get it back up. I asked if he could call now possibly he Blanton says No! Without any explanation then walks away from the counter. Never shopping there again taking my things back now.

Dollar General has really changedThey have home decor really nice. But one thing is they are so unorganized... store so messy. Other than that it's ok, to shop.

I spent a lot of money in this store this morning,as usual they hate to see u come into store,my items were k st piled up on top of each other,no bags,buggy full,Xmas decorations,so of course my entire back seat is filled with my Xmas decorations,I had to go home get 2 big boxes,and fill them up,very dissatisfied,my Xmas decorations r a hot mess

When I am in the store, the app never works when I try to check a price. Today when I was checking out, I was about to put my phone number in to get the points for the app. The guy continued on when I was in the process of putting my phone number in. He didn’t say sorry didn’t do nothing. I was halfway through putting my number and when the screen changed and made me pay. I will say I’m never coming back to the store.

This Dollar General is never open never open at night. Its like past 6:30 or 7 they shut and lock the doors. If you stand in front of the building. You can see people inside look at you then ignore you. This place needs people their during its posted business hours or it needs to change the hours.

Screw this whole place for making this poor woman run the register by herself. Dollar general has severely gone downhill and continues to open new locations despite the awful treatment of what little employees they can keep, and absolute horrible conditions the stores are in. Disgusting.
