I can’t say enough good things about this location. They were able to get me in and get a flat fixed very quickly. And they could have very easily told me I needed a replacement, and given the desperate situation I was in I would’ve paid for one, but instead they patched it up and sent me on my way.

I had a great experience this morning at this discount tire. They were so personable and saw me right away. I was in and out in under a hour. It was such a great experience!

Someone here needs to get fired. I was having bad vibrations with rear tires. Thought it was a balancing issue. Took it and left it there for 2 hours. They have me come back and tell me there was no balancing issue, that it was caused by uneven wear, and said there was nothing they could do about it. Didn't even try to sell me a new tire, which was a definite red flag. Had to drive back to Texas, and the vibrations got worse. Found a discount tire in Birmingham, which quickly found out that the belt had detached and that I was lucky it didn't explode on the road. The Greenville location had lied to me and hadn't even inspected the tires. I'm lucky something worse didn't happen, but the manager and staff who handled it in Greenville were dishonest and dangerous and should be fired immediately

Realizing today this place put two different tire sizes on my 2017 ford fusion hybrid. The two front tires were ( 215 50R17) while the two back tires were (225 50R17) only realized this after needing to purchase used tires after the two front tires went bad within 7 months one of which went completely flat reguiring me to get towed. I purchased the tires around 10/23/2023. How do you put the wrong tire sizes on a vehicle? Do you know how much damage that could cause to a car and I'm sure that's the reason the tires in the front wore down so fast within like 7 months of purchase because the rear tires are perfectly fine with lots of Tread still on them. Already have ridiculous wait times half the time you go to this location but to get different tire sizes slapped on ypur car and sent on about your way just doesn't sit right with me. So check your tire sizes before you drove off this lot because they aren't doing it!

Really disappointing experience. $1700 of new tires and the weights began falling off almost immediately. Glue was smeared on the rims, valve stem covers missing and no two tires had the same pressure. Returned the vehicle to congaree/Haywood rd Discount Tire location. The employee described the situation as ‘jankee’ and identified that many of the weights had already fallen off the other wheels. Since I had to waste another afternoon at the shop I requested a discount for the purchase of a spare tire. All they could offer was free labor on a full price tire. Expensive and potentially dangerous situation avoided because I inspected the tires myself. Beware and check behind these people.

Listen, if you're willing to put in the money for good tires, these guys will make sure that it's worth the time. They were joking with each other, super kind and informational with me, and all around it was a great atmosphere and experience here! I even got a same day appointment to replace a tire which was make or break for me. Also, I never felt pressured to more than what I wanted or could afford which, as a young woman, meant a lot. I felt like I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision and didn't feel like I was talking to pushy sales guys--just good guys that wanted to get me what I needed and get me back on the road. I am impressed!

These guys are AWESOME!! As we were leaving our hotel this morning we heard the cries of a kitten in our vehicle. We stopped and tried to find the kitten, but we could only hear it and not see it. We went to these guys asking for help. They were able to find her and get her out safely. We are thankful for each one of you helping to free her. May God abundantly bless you all for your kindness!!

Got an unexpected slow leaking flat tire today.
Shawn was friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The crew fixed me up within the promised time. Thats why I keep going back. No one picks up nails like me. Glad they are on my side.

I went to this place to change one of my tires because it got damaged and the guy helping us wanted to change all 4 he might’ve thought I was stupid my car it’s not even 2 years old so I left
