Dillard’s does not do price adjustments nor do they return items and allow you to re-purchase them. In 2024 this is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. I could not believe it when the sales associate would not allow me to re-purchase the shoes I bought only 7 days before for 40% less. This is especially bad business for a failing industry, they need to listen to their customers and give them a reason to return and do business with them. No one goes to malls anymore!! They buy everything online where they get the best deals. Dillard’s is ridiculous and I will not return to shop with them in any capacity!

Great selection of clothing lines. Higher end on some of the clothing and more of a selection, especially when it comes to the men's selection. The third floor is where they will put the prom dresses during prom season.

Wow, what an amazing experience with this location of Dillards. I did an online order via the Dillards site and the swimsuit I ordered was fulfilled from this location. The package came with a note from Keisha Johnson-Cole, the store manager. I ended up having to do some exchanging and added something in the process. Keisha kept me updated and made sure I got what I needed! Still, just wow!!!!
Next time I have a chance to go through Greenville, I'm stopping in the thank her personally!

I went to cosmetics today in hopes of finding a new perfume. I wasn’t greeted. I asked a question and the girl looked at me and talked to me like I was dumb. She didn’t even attempt to care.
